We stayed here last fall (2011) and can say; It's the best hotel we ever stayed at in Kelowna! We Stayed in a suite and it was a delight. The service was awesome, this is a well managed hotel with excellent staff. The location is splended (it's in Kelowna). This would be our first choice for sure.

I loved my stay at this hotel! Very friendly staff and helpful! I would reccommed this hotel to everyone! Only down side which doesnt reflect to the hotel was denny's!! Food terrible !!!!
