Hotel staff were great. Clean and comfortable rooms. Construction happening. Noisy pipes when water is running in the building.

This hotel was very pet friendly, and helped my family during our time of need when we lost my dad giveing me a ride to the hospital to be with him.

Although partially under renovation, the suite they had available for me was modern, clean and the price was right (in April of 2012 - I cannot speak of their summer rates). It had all the amenities with fridge etcetera - and the internet was fast.

Stayed for a few days to see the sights and visit the wineries and well worth a stay. Cost effective, clean, friendly and convenient.

For a quick business trip you could not ask for more. The Accent Inn is centrally located, close to the downtown. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was large, very clean and was perfect for my needs and the price was much less than other hotels I have stayed at in Kelowna. Well done!
