I thought by choosing a hotel in the middle of the review pack on Trip Advisor for Kamloops, it would be an average, safe bet. I was hoping to save a few $$ on this trip. Well I did save $$'s, but that would be about the most positive thing. The beds were made up fine, although they sagged a... more

Though the hotel looks a bit tired on the outside, the room was comfortable and clean. I had a 2-burner stove and a small fridge, an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. You can hear noise from the hallway but not from room to room. The only weird thing was twice the front desk woke me up - once... more

This place is not clean, quiet or an especially good value. The overflowing dumpster that greeted me in the parking lot should have been the first clue. I took pictures of the paint peeling off the walls, the permanently stained carpet, the water marks on the ceiling and walls, the "short sheeted" blanket on the bed, the 1970's era Brick... more

I stayed 2 nights at the knights inn with my husband and was very impressed with the value and service. Our room was very spacious with clean sheets. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was a variety of muffins, bagels, cereal, toast and a selection of tea or coffee. I will definately stay... more

The review that commented on the smell was not joking it really did smell! It smelled so bad after I left I could smell it on my clothes when I got home! The rooms are old and beds are dirty and the toilet in our room was not even screwed down to the floor! The service by far was the... more

Though not a fancy hotel or modern, the few times I have stayed there when I don't feel like traveling the 122 km home after a busy day I have found my room spacious and clean. The small kitchenette in the room was a nice bonus. The owners are generally very nice and I have noticed the smell of their... more

I arrived to find a bad smell in the Hotel Office and an unfriendly guy behind the desk. Upstairs, there was a very sweet smell--as if they had sprayed lots of air freshener to mask whatever was going on downstairs. In the room, the security chain on the door looked like it had been ripped off, cracks and screw holes... more

My husband & I had a pleasant three nights' stay (June 26-29/08). The motel is two stories on a main road but there was no traffic noise. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, and we were pleased to have a small kitchenette. The Manager/owner and his wife were very pleasant and helpful - allowing us to use the office computer... more
