We stayed here on route from vancouver to banff and unfortunately we could only stay for one night. Cynthia was very helpful with recommendations for dinner and her breakfast was delicious. The rrom was beautiful and everything you need is provided along with an amazing view over the Thompson river. The decking area down by the river is lovely we... more

We stayed one night on our way to Banff from Vancouver and it was a great choice. Cynthia was the perfect host and we even had a complimentry bootle of wine thrown in. Located on the river its a good position just outside Kamloops and is a relaxing and quiet location. Cynthia recommended the Storms Restaurant just up the road... more

We have just spent three nights at the Riverside Inn B and B and enjoyed Cynthia's warm hospitality. Our room was beautifully presented with a welcoming note, high quality fittings and linens and a lovely view of the hills and river. Cynthia's attention to detail in all aspects was outstanding and put this b and b at the top of... more

This was our first experience with B&Bs and this one was great. Private entrance, clean room, welcoming note, wonderful breakfast and great view. We would definately stay again and for more than one night. more

This is our first experience with B&B's, we always thought that sharing a persons home would feel awkward. This was definitely not the case. We had all the amenities of a hotel room along with all the privacy. Our personal welcoming note warmed the heart. It was a very pleasant first experience and we would certainly like to revisit again... more

My wife and I stopped here on a trip from Vancouver to Canmore. This is a fantastic B&B friendly people and a stunning location. Although we only stayed for 1 night, it was great to wake up to the view of the river and the hills. Food was superb and we were both well fed for the following journey. A... more

Been meaning to write this review but never got around to it! Stayed at Riverside as a pit stop to Banff September of last year and it was truly wonderful. The hostess was very friendly and we had fabulous breakfasts every morning. The rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) were absolutely gorgeous! The decor was very tasteful and linens... more

We found this B&B on the net while on the move and we were very pleasantly suprised how lovely the place was when we arrived. The attention to detail was awesome and things had a real quality about them from the flat panel TV to the jacuzzi and of course the room itself. The complimentry bottle of wine on arrival... more

This is probably the best B&B we have ever been to. Extremely nice location besides the river (despite the fact that Kamloops isn't the most romantic place in BC), very comfortable and luxurious room, delicious breakfast, and everything worked out in detail (including the personalized name plate on the room entrance). If we had known, we might have made Kamloops... more

I can't say enough good things about Riverside and the hosts. From the friendly service, top-shelf comfort and cleanliness to the great breakfast in the panoramic river-view dining room, this is an excellent place to stay for a day or a weekend. In addition to all this, when I left my $2000 camera behind, the hostess took her time to... more
