Atrocious and disgusting is the best term for this place. Internet isn't functional, and the fridge froze everything solid, cost me thirty dollars in wasted food. The staff at the front desk could care could care less, and I can guarantee I won't stay there again. more

In rough part of Kamloops, hotel seems to have welfare residents staying, railway noise all night. Room furniture badly worn, TV old with bad reception, no ventilation,air conditioner loud & does not cool. Found roaches crawling under sink near toilet. At night, many drunks loittering outside walkways in front of rooms. Not a place for children. Management could care less... more
