We were pleasantly surprised by the Heritage Plaza, especially after staying at the Banff Springs Hotel and Chatea Lake Louise. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Kamloops within easy walking distance of everywhere. The attention of staff was way above average and the room was very comfortable and clean.
