The service here is some of the worst I have ever had. I don't go into this range of hotel expecting the best but I do expect to encounter staff who are, at minimum, polite. I met a friend for a weekend away (coming from opposite directions) and on Friday night we planned to stay with friends outside of town... More

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. Very nice clean and well equipped room with a comfortable bed. Heating a bit noisy but we just switched it off and didn't need it overnight. Excellent, pleasant and helpful staff at the desk (Stephanie). Breakfast is across the parking lot and very adequate.Pet friendly so our Lab also was happy..... More

We were very happy to find this hotel late Boxing Day evening. The room was nicely appointed and clean. It was very hot however and even with the heat off we had to leave the window open. We ate supper at the attached restaurant. The food was good but pricey. Service was friendly but slow. It was Boxing Day so... More

We stayed here for a few nights over Christmas in a suite with a kitchen. I was blown away by the friendliness and excellent customer service of the staff. The room was spacious but unremarkable. It's the staff the set this place apart.

Great find! Rooms are exceptionally clean. Complimentary hot breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from the highway and across from Aberdeen mall. Also has an excellent Italian restaurant on site. We will be staying here again. Almost forgot to mention how quiet it is as well. Pool available across parking lot at sister property. Excellent family value.

We stayed here on our way back to Calgary from Vancouver in the middle of a snow storm. We got a great rate on booking.com(much less than i normally pay for in BC) and we had a great comfortable quiet room, the staff were super friendly, the restaurant we ate at was good, however we didn't get the discount because... • Sadly making a reservation and confirming three times that a large family suite (two bedroom suite) was available doesn't mean they will have it when you check-in. • Sadly check in took 1 1/2 hours due to very low staffing level. This included going to the first room, with luggage and 4 kids to find the key didn't work... More

We stayed one night arriving mid evening after a drive from Vancouver island. Deep who was at the front desk was friendly and a pleasure. The room was very clean, newly updated, big . The tv was hd with hd channels! Beside the hotel there is a small green space for your pet. We enjoyed our stay and will go... More

Albeit a rather new hotel, this was obviously designed and built to pack em in! Fairly thin walls between rooms and rather sparse furnishings. Our king bed had a reading lamp on only one side and you had to cross the room to reach the telephone. The breakfast, a la Hilton Hampton Inn, was not as good nor as complete... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night, as part of a Rocky Mountaineer rail package. The hotel is not new and the hallways are showing their age. However, the rooms have been renovated and we were very pleased with ours. The room was large, very quiet, comfortably furnished and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a large...
