Having read the reviews of this hotel I wonder why some people complain and what it really takes to please them. We spent one night there on a Canadian tour and think it was absolutely great .No TV or Radio or Telephone tranquil place wonderful wildlife good food what more could you want. This place is just fantastic! Yes the accommodation is a bit more basic than a hotel in a town or city but you're in the middle of a provincial park - glamour would be out of place! Always a quiet restful place to visit. However, after re-reading a review from another and having recently re-visited LacLeJeune we have to say we agree with the review that the Lodge/cabins outside at least are in need of some repair. There is evidence of peeling paint and at times a musty type smell. The prices are like a good hotel... more
