I do not like camping, but my family does. So, this was a wonderful solution to our vacation situation. The family camped at the provincial park and we stayed at the Lac Le Jeune Resort. It is a wonderful place to stay. It is not 5 star, but then we did not expect 5 star. Instead we found a resort... More

we found this hotel a little bit hard to locate. the room was very big and had a fantastic vew across the lake. the best thing about the hotel was the staff Wolly and Derek they were very entertaining and gave us lots of advice on where to visit. the food was 5* and we have never experienced such quality... Having just stayed in a 5 star hotel in Vancouver with prices to match, our visit to Le Lac Jaune Resort was a lovely change. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel was a little dated, but it was very clean and very comfortable. The food was delicious and with spectacular views of the lake, our evening meal was... We were travelling through the Rockies on our Honeymoon and had planned to stay in a cabin at Lac le Jeune for two nights in order to relax before heading to Vancouver to complete our trip. As it turned out we could only cope with one night due to the terrible conditions at the Lac le Jeune Resort!! The cabin... More

This must have been one of the strangest hotel experiences of my life! I felt like I was walking into my grandparent's era! The location is spectacular, but the hotel is distinctly odd, from the birds and ground squirrels that are encouraged to feed inside the hotel lobby, to the stuffed animals on the beds, and the decorations that are... We stayed here on the second night of our honeymoon in Canada. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager who asked if we'd like to take one of the cabins instead of our room. We jumped at the chance and were delighted. A beautiful little cabin looking out over the lake and mountains in the distance. The meal... More

We stayed here a night on our way to Vancouver - to be honest the actual hotel (more like motel) is a dingy little place and we paid $144 which is way too high for the room. But what you get ripped off in lodging you will feel is reclaimed in the food. Our dining experience was spectacular. The four-course... More

Lac La Jeune Resort is a beautiful and relaxing spot on the lake that's easy to get to, just a ways off the main highway. It has rooms in the main hotel and cabins that make a very good family/friends base.

This is not a luxurious property. The hotel is more of a rustic, no phone, quiet old fashion dated property. So if you are looking for a Marriott or a Holiday in, keep going. It will also depend on how much you pay. As we are part of a first class tour, we found it below our expectations; however if... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night on the way to Whistler from Jasper. Room was huge with fantastic panoramic views of the lake & bed was larger than king size. We spotted a badger whilst eating our evening meal overlooking the lake. Food was good, had to eat in hotel as too far from town but hotel itself... More
