This motel had friendly owners, but it was a borderline dump which badly needs updating. The room was dingy, there was an old unused stove with no burners, and the A/C didn't work because of a dirty filter. The complimentary breakfast consisted of bulk-store muffins cut in half, cereal, and coffee. I don't think the pool was open. Acceptable— but... More

We visit Kamlops regularly and was first time to stay at this location, we figured for an extra $20 it had a pool, and a continental breakfast. The room was clean to a point. Bathroom behind door needed a good cleaning as looked bad when you sat on toilet and when we emptied our garbage can as the bag was full... More

The rooms were dirty, we found coffee cups with lipstick still on them and coffee spills on the sink. The shower wouldn't drain properly so we were standing in ankle deep water... The sheets had other people's hair on them AND we found bed bugs. We left ASAP and they would not take us seriously and instead just offered us... More

Price was awesome so I had low standards but was floored by the great results.Front desk staff was friendly. Room was super clean fully stocked and comfy. Definitely will stay here again, good find. Plus close to restaurants as a perk.

We stayed in Room 117 on October 3rd, 2014! Be aware I did not sleep until 3:00 am due to the extreme itching. Thought it was a side effect of the medical procedure I was in Kamloops for. When I got up at 7:00 for step 2 of the procedure, I was alarmed to turn on the light and find... More

It worked for just a night, but the room was disgusting. There were Dorito crumbs on the bedside table. The carpet was so gross it was almost crunchy underfoot. There were splatters near the toilet and on the side of the bed, hairs on the wall, and general uncleanliness. The bed made me want to sneeze. The continentl breakfast was... More

The first room we got the bed was extremely hard so we asked to be moved. The second room was much bigger and the bed way more comfortable. The air conditioner was really good and made us too good so had to be adjusted during the night. The complementary breakfast was not really breakfast at all. Noththing hot except tea... More

We had rooms 226 and 227 on Tuesday 19th August 2014. Room 227 stank of cat's pee and nothing we could do would shake the smell. My daughter, in room 226, woke up covered in little bits of dirt and when we turned the bed back in the morning it was clear that someone had been lying in it with... More

Showed up to a staff member in pajamas who was only concerned if the room was paid for already. Drove up to room 112 only to find that our room door was left open and unlocked. Within the 30-60 seconds spent in the room, we came across cobwebs on the floors and roof corners, shavings left in the sink, multiple... More
