Worst hotel I have ever been to for $180. Clerks screwed up bill and didn't know how to change it. Room was dirty. Continental breakfast was stale bread. The shower was tiny. They can't spell my name even after I wrote it down for them. They are not smart.

Not impressed! The bathroom had a spider nest (with spiders IN it)!. bathroom window was broken. Squished fruit flies in the shower curtain. The air conditioner front key pad was broken didn't work very well. The fridge didnt work because the liner had a big chunk broken off, it was also very dirty, something was spilled in it and never... More

Our room was clean. Located on the Trans Canada Highway, images this motel easy to find. The breakfast had fresh fruit, bagels, cereal and muffins. The price for the night was reasonable. Kamloops is a pretty town and worth a visit with pretty parks along the river and a farmer's market on Wednesdays.

Great place for a family on a budget. We took a $99 suite with one bedroom, a small sitting area, large kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom is very shabby, but comfortable. The door is badly fitted to the frame, but we could... More

Poor value for the money. Beds are as hard as a board, bed sheets with holes and bedding from the 70's. Rooms have never been updated and very unclean. Large spiders in the closet! Location is convenient on the Trans Canada highway passing through Kamloops if only the rooms were clean!

The room was clean and the fridge was actually cold. There was a mix-up with our reservation but was handled efficiently by the front desk staff. Nothing special about the place, but definitely adequate for an over-night stay. Located just off the main highway, I thought it would be noisy trying to sleep, but it was not. All in all... More

Generally speaking it doesn't take a lot to make me happy in a hotel but this place managed to avoid it. Kamloops was one of a couple stops home during a 2 week road trip that covered 7 different hotels and this one was the worst by far. Doing my reserach I was looking for a clean no frills stop... Clean, affordable, quiet location. Front desk helpful/ friendly. Just a pit stop on road trip but I was impressed as the rates were good for a clean room. I would use again and recommend. Small microwave and fridge. If we are in that area for sports teams I will recommend this to the team.

We arrived after a 9 hour trip with our son's family (4 grand children) and were shown a large family suite for the 6 of them as well as an adjoining queen for us. The rates were very good value, check in was prompt and friendly. There was a nice pool the children could relax in since it was 34... More
