The first room we got the bed was extremely hard so we asked to be moved. The second room was much bigger and the bed way more comfortable. The air conditioner was really good and made us too good so had to be adjusted during the night. The complementary breakfast was not really breakfast at all. Noththing hot except tea... More

We had rooms 226 and 227 on Tuesday 19th August 2014. Room 227 stank of cat's pee and nothing we could do would shake the smell. My daughter, in room 226, woke up covered in little bits of dirt and when we turned the bed back in the morning it was clear that someone had been lying in it with... More

Showed up to a staff member in pajamas who was only concerned if the room was paid for already. Drove up to room 112 only to find that our room door was left open and unlocked. Within the 30-60 seconds spent in the room, we came across cobwebs on the floors and roof corners, shavings left in the sink, multiple... More

Worst hotel I have ever been to for $180. Clerks screwed up bill and didn't know how to change it. Room was dirty. Continental breakfast was stale bread. The shower was tiny. They can't spell my name even after I wrote it down for them. They are not smart.

Our room was clean. Located on the Trans Canada Highway, images this motel easy to find. The breakfast had fresh fruit, bagels, cereal and muffins. The price for the night was reasonable. Kamloops is a pretty town and worth a visit with pretty parks along the river and a farmer's market on Wednesdays.

Great place for a family on a budget. We took a $99 suite with one bedroom, a small sitting area, large kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom is very shabby, but comfortable. The door is badly fitted to the frame, but we could... More

Poor value for the money. Beds are as hard as a board, bed sheets with holes and bedding from the 70's. Rooms have never been updated and very unclean. Large spiders in the closet! Location is convenient on the Trans Canada highway passing through Kamloops if only the rooms were clean!

The room was clean and the fridge was actually cold. There was a mix-up with our reservation but was handled efficiently by the front desk staff. Nothing special about the place, but definitely adequate for an over-night stay. Located just off the main highway, I thought it would be noisy trying to sleep, but it was not. All in all... More
