The service clerks were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ridiculously large (no question, this was it's best feature). Free wired internet was great to have. The beds however were way too cheap and soft. The TV was too dark and hard to see. Nice big pool area. more

We were in Kamloops for a wedding. The wedding was at 3:00, and the reception was at the hotel, they did not guarantee us a room before 3:00, even thoughtheir check out time was 11:00.. As we all had to chenge before going to the weeding this was pretty bad service, and would not reccomend this place for that type... more

Stayed here overnight as part of the Rocky Mountaineer trip. Our family (husband, self, and 3 kids aged 3, 6 & 9) stayed at this hotel for two nights in March 2007. We had a pool-side room with two queen beds and found the room to be very large; we didn't find ourselves tripping over each other or our stuff.
