Newer hotel. Excellent, large, clean indoor pool. Deepest part is 5.5' so good for kids. Hot tub right next to it so easy to supervise kids from hot tub. Plastic cups in room. Stayed here with my family while returning from Vancouver Island on vacation. I am a fan of Holiday Inn (HI) Express hotels as I have come to like their consistency. Our stay was horrible!!! We spent 1 night here while travelling to Alberta and regreted every moment of it! We were travelling with a 12 month old infant and a dog! We were given a very noisy, dirty, smelly and old room on the 1st floor. We had called previously and asked about pet policy... and explained that our daughter... more

Room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. My only complaint would be that it was a little pricey (but not out of line for Kamloops in the summer). Our corporate 'preferred hotel' in Kamloops is the Four Points Sheraton and this was a much nicer room for less money. more
