Thank you for your comments about our staff. We are proud of our great service we want to provide to all guests at all times, even if you eat all that bacon,lol. Our pancake machine was a great hit this weekend with the kids! As noted on the comment below, we had alot of families in on the long weekend... More

“Where is the "plus"?”

We stay at many best westerns anywhere from 100 to 140 a night. This hotel because it was a plus was 150 with tax 174 ( caa rate) closer to 200 for regular rate. The May long weeekend is the busiest weekend in Kamloops and as such, the rates reflect that demand. We only had two teams on one floor by themselves with about 40 kids, the rest of the kids that weekend were families traveling through or in town visiting (we had over 120 kids under 16 on Friday and 140 on Saturday).... “Clean...not so quiet.”

We stayed at this hotel while in Kamloops for a swim meet. The location could not have been more perfect as the pool is right around the corner. Had stayed at this hotel 1.5 years ago and did not have a very good experience. However, I did like the fact that it was new and very clean, so I gave it another chance. Well.....I shouldn't have. “Horrendous Customer Service”

Night Auditor could not find any noise when they went up to the floor. Morning shift only stated that no one else had complained about noise so that is why the morning staff did not offer a discount but a note was left on our daily file incase someone else did complain later that day which did not happen. More

Just a 1 night stop over for us - clean, reasonably comfortable rooms but the noise is incredible - not in a good way! We stayed on a Saturday night and had a group of 'drunks' shouting, in and out of elevators, slamming doors and getting ice on our floor from 0300 - 0430 in the morning. Very poor insulation... More

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. we really enjoyed the pool and work out area. the breakfast was also good lots of hot items. being a newer hotel we expected the rooms to be in good shape and they were. it was nice to wake up to a nice view of north Kamloops More

Thank you for your comments on your visit. We have also announced that we are using a new natural cleaner eliminating 95 percent fo the chemicals we were using to clean rooms. “Love this newer hotel in kamloops”

I have stayed at the Best Western in Kamloops 4 times since they opened as I travel there for work a few times a year. I love the new modern decor, TV, and bath amenities. “comfy and quiet”

We spent one night here and loved it. Clean, quiet, comfy beds and pillows (four pillows on each bed!) Staff are exceptional, best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. I will be back. We have stayed at 5 other local hotels but this is the best. More
