Arrived in Kamloops from Jasper, we were tired and hungry, called Joyce's out of the blue and Victor was immediately accommodating. We were greeted by Joyce on the front porch like we were her long lost grandchildren. She was so cute and welcoming! She gave us free roam of her house and told us to come and go as we... More

We had a wonderful experience at 'Joyce's Bed & Breakfast' in Kamloops and look forward to seeing them again the next time we're in the area. Impossible to find nicer people than Joyce and Victor. Thank-you.

This historic home still has an early 20th century feel - wallpaper, pelmets and original fittings, a bit like staying with your great-aunt. We were very comfortable, and as the only guests we had open access to the bathrooms. Victor is still involved in ongoing improvements, but this does not affect guests. Joyce is 'retired' now, but enjoys greeting and... More

This B&B proved to be a fun and convenient stop-over in Kamloops as we travelled between Vancouver and the Rockies. Victor was an amazingly friendly and helpful host. The house is only a few blocks from the main street, eateries, and the promenade along the river.

We were surprised at how good this B&B was considering the price. It is an older home undergoing renovations, but this did not detract at all from the comfortable, spacious bedroom we had. Some quirky features and the wallpaper added to the charm of the place. Victor and Joyce were lovely hosts and Victor worked like a Trojan. We could... More

This B&B is conveniently located just off main st. Very reasonably priced. The building is 1900 vintage but the inside is tastefully decorated. Double queen room was very large and well appointed. We were greeted by Joyce but it is Victor that basically runs the B&B. The stories about the humongous choices for breakfast are not exaggerated. No hot choices... More

We ran into some car trouble on our way from Vancouver to Calgary and weren't able to find an available auto motive service at the time, so we had to find accommodation for the night. We came across Joyce's Bed & Breakfast and we were able to get 2 very well kept and cozy rooms, the den and a queen... More

They were both very sweet, the rooms so cute, with childhood memories... bathroom provided with everything you could think you'd need, 5 types of soap! And breakfast yes that was a feast. Even in exclusive hotels you don't get this much choice! In one word: Lovely!

The owners, Joyce and Victor are very nice and friendly and also really knowledgeable about the area. The room and shared bathroom were clean but very oldfashioned - kind of like coming back to your nursery after 40 years :). Breakfast was very different to any other breakfasts we've had while travelling, lots of bowls with fresh and dried fruit,... More

My friend and I arrived in Kamloops after a long drive from Jasper, not sure where to stay we made a mad dash to the tourist information just in the nick of time and the lady there who was very helpful recommended Joyce's to us and off we went. Initially it did feel a little strange as we turned up... More
