My wife and I stayed in the Cedar Cottage for our anniversary and was it ever nice and quite. We stayed at the HHS Resort before and it was so noisy with the hustle and bustle so we decided to stay here. It was one of the best places we stayed at in all our travels. We will be coming... More

This was our second visit to Cedar Cottage this year. It's just as nice in the winter as summer! The cozy fireplace was great to sit and read /knit by, and the pretty little Christmas tree was a nice touch. No canoeing this time, but lots of waterfowl to watch in the river. This is a very private cottage, you... More

We had an amazing time. Though it was a wet and grey weekend, it was simply delightful. The Heritage House is located within easy walking distance to downtown and the beach. The suite was very cozy and big with very a comfortable bed. We really appreciated that we could opt to not be disturbed all weekend for cleaning. The huge... More

Who would have thought you would find sheet music on a farm tour :) what a lucky find! I had asked the geese to make an appearance for you, so glad you enjoyed the 'swim-by'. Thank you so much for choosing us for your getaway, we hope to see you again. Cheers Sonja & Robert More

Every Thanksgiving my husband, his two daughters & I take a small getaway & have our turkey-day together. From the moment I walked in through the gate I was in love. The fall / Halloween decorations were perfect & charming. I met Sonja & she showed me to the Cedar Cabin where we stayed & it was perfect! The cabin... More

It's been about 16 years since we lived in the same area in Amsterdam, Holland. And coming to visit here was amazing! We stayed in the Riversedge Cottage and it was the best decision. It's quaint, quiet, clean, cozy, and just all around perfect! Sonja & Robert are beyond welcoming and went out of their way to give us directions,... More

What an amazing time we had. Sonja & Robert were amazing hosts and made our weekend the best we have had in a long time. We stayed in one of the riverside cottages and was so romantic. The canoes on the lake were very nice. The rooms were spotless and we will definitely be back next year. Thanks for a... More

We plan to call Harrison Heritage House our home away home - with a comfier bed! :) It was the best way to celebrate our anniversary with everything we wanted - quiet, comfortable, homey accommodations, close enough to everything Harrison had to offer without having to hear the hustle and bustle. The hosts were absolutely delightful - couldn't have asked... More

Rustic, charming, peaceful, are just a few words to descibe Harrison Heritage House and Cottages. My wife & I viewed raccoons frolicking along the Miami River & squirrels in the trees right out of the front window of the dining room while sipping our morning coffee. We would stroll on the beach which was only one block away & make... More

We rented 3 cottages to attend a family wedding. What a wonderful choice of accomadations. All 3 cottages are large enough to comfortably house and sleep 4 guests but there are slight differences so do the research to match your wants. A very quiet and secluded spot in the middle of a very busy tourist town. You can walk anywhere... More
