I took my girlfriend here for her first stay in what I thought would be a decent hotel. When we checked in, the girl at front desk told us that they had given our room away to someone with the same name, first and last. Are you kidding me? So they had to upgrade us to a better room. We... more

The simple fact that the rates were hiked dramatically for the runners of the Haney to Harrison is quite despicable. A room that would have been $150.00 (which by the way is still too much for this room) for the following weekend was a staggering $230.00. Nothing hospitable about this hotel. The room was freezing. The bottom sheets were placed... more

Initially I thought this was a great deal- for around $100 a night for a upgraded room with 2 queen beds. We checked in with no problems however the lobby and general appearance of the elevator halls were a bit gloomy, dirty and less than stellar. We tried to overlook the stain on the bed, the hair in the bathroom... more

My boyfriend surprised me by taking me here on our 5 year anniversary. He told me we had free dinner and breakfast, and a king size bed! When we pulled up, we realized that the "Grill" that was so nicely advertised on the site was nothing but a standard sports bar with dirty glasses and cutlery. The menu at the... more

There were wine stains on the wall and the ceiling (?!) The bathroom had very little light and I spent the entire time in the shower waiting for the killer in Psycho to appear. We booked a package that included the "executive breakfast". When we looked it up in the hotel amenities book that they had in our room, they... more

Average services, the room was clean, the TV remote without batteries, phone not working, radio not working, the spa at 4:00 pm was dirty in the stairs area, few gym devices. We've been lucky with the sun, the view that compensate the rest. Next time for sure I'll take a second thought in picking this hotel again more

Where do I start! --- the staff were not dressed appropriately, smoking while working, on three different occasions there was no answer at the front desk, or room service phones. I booked this online as a "Family Fun Package", nothing was ready for us when we arrived, there was to be a movie rental coupon, no Hell's Gate Airtram pass,... more

Stayed here for just one night. My niece got married at Minter Gardens and this hotel was only 10 min away. Check in was 4:00 but the wedding started at that time so we asked to be checked in earlier. There was no problem with that and they were happy to accomodate us. The parking is secure underground. Overall, we... more

The kids went to the pool/hot tub to relax after their soccer games and when it was time to come out one of them ended up stepping on a diamond shaped THICK piece of glass which cut a chunk of his flesh off! The hotel front desk clerk (after me notifying her what happened) called HOUSEKEEPING! I was SO upset... more
