Where do I start! --- the staff were not dressed appropriately, smoking while working, on three different occasions there was no answer at the front desk, or room service phones. I booked this online as a "Family Fun Package", nothing was ready for us when we arrived, there was to be a movie rental coupon, no Hell's Gate Airtram pass,... more

Stayed here for just one night. My niece got married at Minter Gardens and this hotel was only 10 min away. Check in was 4:00 but the wedding started at that time so we asked to be checked in earlier. There was no problem with that and they were happy to accomodate us. The parking is secure underground. Overall, we... more

The kids went to the pool/hot tub to relax after their soccer games and when it was time to come out one of them ended up stepping on a diamond shaped THICK piece of glass which cut a chunk of his flesh off! The hotel front desk clerk (after me notifying her what happened) called HOUSEKEEPING! I was SO upset... more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights because we were given a gift certificate by friends. We opted for a package that includes 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts. Like some reviewers mentioned, it was the little things that add up... negatively. First when I made the booking over the phone, the hotel personnel asked me to fax them... more

Great place to stay for a few nights! My bf and I been to this hotel 3 times already and we love it, staff is sooo nice and helpful, the price for the stay is ok, but could be cheaper. The room was clean and simple, everything was working. secured parking($7 a night tho). PETS are allowed. Great location, close... more

I had to cancel my reservation several days in advance because my wife fell ill and when I received my CC statement the following month was greeted with a very unpleasant $130 charge...when I called to ask, they had no record of my cancellation!!! Lesson here-- don't necessarily trust them...get it in writing! more

Our room was not made-up and repeated requests for a mattress pad was ignored. The dining was deplorable, dirty place settings, marginal food and service. To top off all of this our camera was taken out of our room with no evidence of forced entry. After repeated attempts by us to the hotel, a response of, "Yoo bad so sad",... more

We stayed at the executive at the beginning of the month. We were welcomed with open arms and a friendly person behind the desk. The Hotel was very clean and quiet. Due to the slowness of the season our room was upgraded to a lake view king suite. This was the 3rd or 4th time staying here. Every time has... more

We stayed for 2 nights. I'll tell it like it is. We booked an executive suite with a jacuzzi tub on the fourth floor. The tub was so smelly and mouldy I couldn't bring myself to use it. In fact the whole room had a strong mouldy smell. I was quite happy to get out of my room and breath... more

We stayed at the Executive Inn at Harrison on Sat. At first appearance the hotel looked very nice. It is in a great location and has lots of eating places across the street, and a neat fruit market right next door with in- season blueberries, raspberries, corn. The front clerk was very friendly. The hotel room itself was your basic... more
