Glencoe offers basic accommodations and a very central location. Our room was fairly clean and had been updated. It really depends on your mindset. We spend almost no time in our room preferring to enjoy the outdoors. Glencoe is, at times, half the price of other hotels in the area. So pocket the difference and put the money towards a... More

We have taken our RV many times to Glencoe, and the staff have always been very helpful. It is a perfect spot being so close to the beach and little shops.I would highly recommend a stay there and judge for yourselves before listening to too many negative posts.Lyn and Keith Watson

We were told about Glencoe Motel/Campground by good friends. What a wonderful little motel. The rooms were impeccably clean, roomy, almost cottagy. You see all the personal touches that went into the renovation in each room. Location was perfect. A block from the beach, right beside a pool, close to many different restaurants & even next door to an LCBO.... More

Thank you for taking the time to access trip adviser to let us know that your stay with us was an enjoyable experience. Most satisfied customers tend to leave content or part by leaving us little notes of appreciation in their rooms on vacating. More

The motel is part of the RV Park, and we had booked two of what was described as a "cabin" for the long weekend. My daughter and her family drove from Edmonton to join us and arrived the day before us. They freaked when they saw what the cabin was...a plastic tool shed, with two wooden cots and electricity! So... More

Why a stove in the room if it's not provided free for one night stays? Answer. The stove in the room is for our long term corporate clients who require their workers have the use of a stove for two month residency contracts. We do offer FREE use of stove for any guest that stays at the Glencoe for one... More

After we paid for our room we went to take a look. It was not what we were expecting. We immediately asked if we could have our money back as we had decided not to stay. The desk clerk said no but we could have a credit. The unit was very dark and when you opened the blinds there was... More

Our "room photographs" at the front desk do not show a kitchen. Our web site clearly states that use of a stove is optional and charges apply. On our desk registration forms, we clearly state that use of stove is NOT included in basic price of the room. People choose to ignore this information then choose to complain. Mr Nelson... More

We will never stay here. We were excited to come to Harrison Hot springs, as it was our first trip there. We called Glencoe and spoke with an older man. We booked but as our trip neared we realized the rain that weekend was going to ruin our trip. So we called to cancel. The dates we were going was... More

Owner run small motel in downtown Harrison Hot Springs one block off beach. Each motel room feels is custom decorated. The unit we stayed in had a small fireplace, flat screen, two double beds and small kitchen. The unit was warm, fresh and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only odd thing was the kitchen was not stocked... More

We enjoyed our stay at the motel. It was quiet, clean, close to the beach. Perfect for the kids and the price was right too. We will stay again and next time I will bring my dog since it is a pet friendly motel as well.

The Glencoe served our needs well while we were at Harrison selling our wares at the Harrison Arts Festival. The rooms are well-maintained, clean and quiet. Ours had a small fridge and microwave to prepare simple meals. The motel is in a convenient location, but not particularly scenic, a block back from the beach on the main road into town.... More

We stayed in the RV Park in Glencoe. Sites were clean and grassy. We had a full service campsite with cable and great wifi. We were there in the shoulder season, so the campsite was not full. Site are very close together. The Harrison Hot Springs is directly across the street from the campsite, the beach is a 3 min... More
