We have stayed here several times over the years. Fort Camping is a great park with large sites located in Brae Island in the Fraser River. They have both pull through sites and back in. Some of the pull through are sloping a fair bit. Laundry is pretty good but only 4 washers and 4 dryers. Could be a few... More

The place itself isn't bad if you just want to try out your camping gear, or have young kids. The place is very expensive. We came in one hour 15 minutes prior to their check in time (which we didn't check on ahead of time), and they charged us for half a day even though they weren't nearly full. I... More

We are very happy with Fort Camping and the staff. We usually camp here two to three times a year in the summer. It's close to home, has great activities for our kids and close to Historic Fort Langley. It's a great camping experience without the long drive. I only left 4 stars as for the trains that do come... An easy access to the lower mainland but without all the city fuss. It's safe, quiet and maintained. Plenty of stuff for kids to do and close walk to Fort Langley. We go every year and are sad to leave. Plenty of room....but don't bank on getting the spot you want because they can't guarantee it. I haven't yet been... More

It's a great campground that's located on the Fraser River, within walking distance to Fort Langley which has historic sites to visit along with eateries, coffee houses and shopping. There are walking/biking trails just outside the gated grounds and a swimming pool located in the center of the campground that's open from 10-6 but it's rather small and packed with... More

We wanted to give the Fort a try with our small travel trailer. We booked for 2 nights on a June weekend. As other reviews have mentioned the train is constant and noisy. Plus we heard birds chirping the entire night! We were disappointed with how the camp looked. Sites are close together and many are wide open. Our site... More

This place will charge you for just about anything they can think of, they are private after all. The pull through spots are horrible, and it's almost impossible to level out. For all the money you will spend you can't even choose a site, they are assigned by their miserable booking staff who are hardly qualified for their jobs. This... More

We booked a full hook-up site for 3 nights in the off season. Sites were spacious and shady. Trouble was it rained. It always rains when I go camping. There's a pool and a kids playground. It's actually a very nice kids campground. Just a walk away from the attractions of Fort Langley. The museums and the charming antiques places,... More

We spent 4 nights at Fort Langley Brae Island Campground recently. The positives were: more than friendly staff, incredibly awesome clean washrooms and long hot showers ($1 = 5 long minutes), electricity & water at site, wifi if afforded ($5 day or $14 week), security (fob to enter), grounds people every day working continually, ice cream, coffee, hamburgers etc on... The activities for the kids gave mom and dad a good break and time to enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even offered to help me with loading my firewood. Cable TV hookups were a bonus for those nights where it was a little too muggy for outdoor visiting. We'll be back, but not... More
