Four of us slept well in apartment 1 with a kitchenette, coffee provisions and enough room to play cards! This cabin is within walking distance to town but feels fairly remote. The buildings are 100+ years old and family owned. A beautiful view over the Yukon River and easy access to West Dawson ferry. Very peaceful stay!

4 of us on a motorcycle trip rented 2 cabins on our way to Inuvik and again on our way back. The cabins were great! they are just on the edge of town and it is quiet Don't expect a 5 star hotel, these ar 100 year old buildings on permafrost so things creak and are not always square but... More

I didn't want to put my visitors in one of the regular hotels in town so this looked interesting and we were not disappointed. Accommodations are basic but perfectly adequate. There is a shared BBQ in a green space. I had brought our own dinner along as I knew this was available. A nice change from having to eat out.... More

My friend and I spent two nights here just after the Summer Solstice and found it a very pleasant place to stay, close to the ferry though you can't hear the boat engine from inside the rooms. You can walk into town without much trouble (though we ended up driving), yet you are far enough away from the tourist to... More

We stayed here in June, 2012, in the old house, top floor, on the right as you look at it from the front. We are a family of 4: 2 adults, 2 kids. We loved the view of the Yukon out the front window and from our front porch, which is shared with the other upstairs room (4 total units... More

Up for a family weding and this was a great place. Stayed in the big house. Split into 4 rooms on two floors of the old house. We stayed on the lower floor. If you stay on the upper floor you have to take the stairs up the back. Was very nice to have a front porch to sit out... More

I requested the Gold Rush Cabin specifically because my husband is so into the Klondike Gold Rush. It was adorable. We both loved this cabin. Original cabin was dismantled and rebuilt. It was decorated with a nod to olden times thanks to Doug's wife, but totally modern. Cute kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom had claw-foot tub with shower, bed was... More

After coming over the incredible "Top of the World" highway connecting Fairbanks AK to Dawson City Yukon (Canada) we stayed a night at this clean cabin with well-furbished kitchenette. Right on the mighty Yukon River. Very blissfully quiet. Close enough to town to walk with biking and running trails right outside the door. Low key, friendly proprietors. Definitely a good... More

Three of us stayed at Whitehouse Cabins in the wall tent for three nights in July 2013. Very affordable, very comfortable and very clean. Cookhouse and washhouse are just steps away from the tent, and are equipped with everything you will need to make your meal. Shower was a bit tight for space but plenty of hot water, fresh towels... I initially chose the WH as it's one of very few dog-friendly accommodations in Dawson. I came across the ferry from West Dawson and it was right there, a block away. I had a very comfortable stay in a full upstairs suite with kitchen and balcony. I found everything in the kitchen supplies that I could ask for in my... More
