This B & B is close to the sites but far enough away from the tourist area. The rooms are clean and cozy. The service is very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast in the am is great. We enjoyed our stay here - it was a nice home away from home.

We stayed here for three nights. It was a wonderful place to stay. The owners live upstairs and we go up to their dining room to have breakfast. The owner was a great hostess & cooked us a tasty breakfast. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. This B&B is actually right on the corner and... More

Tracy and Steve were great hosts. We had to stay one extra night, as our plane couldn't land, and they were kind about having to pick us up from the airport, after just dropping us off. The breakfasts were lovely- you have a great choice. Dawson is a very walkable town, and 5th Ave. B&B is steps from a gas... More

Our stay at the 5th Avenue was very pleasant. Tracy is a fabulous hostess and cook. It was lovely to be able to sit out on the deck the afternoon we arrived and relax after driving the Top of the World Highway. We also appreciated the use of the guest kitchen area (large fridge, microwave and coffee maker) with a... More

The room was basic, and had a private shower (what more can you ask for?). The breakfast had hot and cold items. The owners are very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed Dawson City- and would really recommend this destination! Go up to the Dome Road to see where the Klondike and Yukon rivers intersect!

Waiting to make an accommodation reservation in Dawson City, Yukon, while we were still in Whitehorse, we considered ourselves very lucky indeed to land a spot at the 5th Avenue B & B. The owner, Tracy, went above the call of duty in arranging our stay in two separate rooms because her inventory was almost full by the time we... More
