New, super clean, simple, no pictures on the walls, which suits my minimalist style. Free laundromat. Real glasses. No tub but huge shower. No fridge or microwave, though. Very quiet. Efficient staff. Night tables and lamps on both sides of the queen-sized bed. Clothes storage with lots of real hangers and a luggage rack. Lots of outlets. Ample surfaces Did... More

The hotel is a few short blocks back from the Yukon River but in this small town you are pretty much close to everything! Sour Dough Saloon is home to the Sour Toe Cocktail, which is a fun thing to try! The Drunken Goat has excellent Greek food! See Peggy at the Tourism office and she will help you with... More

We stayed in a cabin at the Tripe J for two nights over the summer. The owners were super friendly at the checkin desk, they helped us with phone messages and looked after our bags until check in time. The cabin was okay, and perhaps this is just indicative of Dawson City but I found the prices a little high... More

Dawson City is full of historical buildings with history attached to them. The triple J hotel allows you to experience Dawson City without throwing commercialism at it. If you come here expecting updated rooms your coming to the wrong city. Come to this hotel expecting to feel like you are re-living history and you will not be disappointed. The staff... More

We stayed at the Triple J for two nights. This was the event hotel this year for the ADV Dust-2-Dawson event. We choose to reserve a cabin in the rear of the hotel which worked out very well for our purposes and gave us a front row seat to the happenings. It was also an easy walk into Dawson and... More

Must be some racist staff or owner there. We were visiting Dawson city while we were on the way to Inuvik, NWT. We arrived Dowson city very late that night (sometimes July of 2013) We normally don’t make reservations during roadtrips so we were kind of drive around town looking for a place with a good price and clean to... I rented a Cabin and was delighted to see the cabin has a kitchenette and private bath, they were also very pet friendly and had an onsite restaurant and lounge. They are center sly located in the heart of Dawson City, Yukon Canada. The Dawson City Gold Rush would not be complete with out a tour of the Yukon &... More

We have visited the Triple J Hotel in Dawson City, Yukon for 4 summers in a row. Their restaurant this year was a very popular place and I would say the most popular and the best food. It has been good in the past but they have "stepped it up a big notch". The staff is very efficient, attentive, friendly... More

We stayed at the Triple J after deciding, last minute, to head to Dawson City for the weekend. We had been told in advance that everything is always fully booked, so don't leave without making a reservation. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. The outside of Triple J is old and weathered. It is about 5 blocks... More
