We stayed at this hotel and quiet enojoyed our stay, it is nice clean and peaceful place . staff was very friendly. the continental breakfast in morning is great start of your day. parking was well lit. more

Worst stay I have ever had. The Manager and Assistant manager would not know customer service if they stayed at the Plaza Hotel! We arrived and it was 30 degrees outside, when we booked the first "sales pitch were the rooms are beautiful and air conditioned". The room was 50 degrees and un bearable. Typical chain hotel. Clean rooms, light buffet-style breakfast provided in the hotel lobby (very limited seating). Friendly and helpful staff. more

Booked online and was charged for the rate I was quoted. Got the room I reserved. It was clean and affordable. The staff was also friendly. Thanks for a great stay. more

First, they double booked me. Then they promised to grant me a free night during my actual stay. That did not happen. Plus, I never got the prices that were quoted to me over the phone.
