Horrible horrible!!!! My fiancé and I had moved into the Williams inn for a month since we were living in our car for a week, WORST CHOICE EVER! The guy there named Sonny, the East Indian guy was horrible he wrote and told us he wanted $900 for one room with one bed and nothing extra. Well he put us... More

The room was terrible. A hole punched into the wall, a used tissue and a scarf behind the tv. Stains in the carpet make you not to want to take off your shoes. The bar downstairs was blaring music until 2am and you could here every word. No one was working at the desk until noon the next day so... More

Walked into my room that had hardwood over carpet, turned over my pillow and there was a sexual stain on it. Asked for a refund and the owner pretended he didn't know how to give refunds, he barley spoke English and was really rude.

Cigarette butt holes and stains in the room carpet; paint chipped walls. View was of another wing of the place with graffiti on the wall and construction debris; the room had 1970 era furniture in poor condition. Both end emergency exits had no lighting. Ventured outside at night and was immediately accosted by a drunk. Paid $104 incl tax for... More

Other reviews have complained about the state of the rooms and the terrible staff. The rooms were in need of paint, but that doesn't bother me. I found the staff acceptable, but really didn't have any special needs, except getting reimbursed when we checked out early. The beds were actually quite nice and so were the couches and flat-screen tv.... More

Stains in the sheets, holes in the walls, poor access to your room, the connecting restaurant is run down. We left immediately even though I paid for the night already. Asked for a refund and the owner yelled at me. Very ignorant and rude.

Terrible motel. Staff isn't trained to process payment correctly, sorting out the receipt was a labored ordeal. Room was bad. There was a hole in the upper portion of the bathroom sink that was rotting. I can see that the Hojo business model is to buy a bad local motel, throw their modern sign out front and dupe you into... My room was fine. I loved the white, washable clean duvet cover. However when my partner tried to call me to say she was home safely nobody answered the phone and it was 8 pm. She tried and tried, finally got the bar and they were rude and hung up. I had a night of worry as I didn't have... More

I stayed here for work when the Coast Fraser up the hill was booked. My visit started unpromisingly with a sign at the front desk indicating internet service would not be available for two weeks. After signing in with the rude receptionist, I went upstairs through a hallway stinking of beer to my run-down, terribly shoddy room. Weather conditions at... More

This was our first stop on our trip to Alaska and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The walls were paper thin and we could hear every word of the conversations in the next room. The sheets were cheap and rough. Very little sleep that night, next time I'll stay elsewhere.
