We had a pet with us so we got a cabin that was in need of repair and they acknowledged that also. I wish we had of slept in the bed of our truck instead... I think the only reason people stay here is due to the fact, there isn't anything else around!!

This was across the road from the Liard River Hot Springs. We needed a room, but staff was hard to find. Room was expensive, but below average quality. The window screen fell out, so we slept all night with the window open with no screen. No staff around to help. It was too hot to close the window. No A/C.... More

We stayed at the lodge so we could visit the Hotsprings. We arrived about 730 just to find the restaurant closing. Luckily we were able to get checked in and get a key for our room before the staff disappeared. Also luckily we had brought some food in our cooler which we were able to microwave in the small lobby... More

This is just a lodge for overnight. Once you've experienced the wonder that is Liard hot Springs, move on. The staff was nice enough. The room was small but clean. The restaurant food was okay, but considering the simple things we ordered for both dinner and breakfast the wait time for the food was crazy long. While you are obviously paying more... After reading some of the reviews, we were wary of staying at this lodge but decided to anyway because it was so conveniently located to Liard Hot Springs. The lodge itself appears quite old. The staff was very pleasant. The restaurant had decent meals but not inexpensive. There is no elevator so pack light if you get a room on... More

I found this an acceptible night's lodging. The 2 queen room was a little small for our family of four because of adult offspring genders and no roll-away beds or cots available, leading to one on the floor. But it was comfortable enough. We arrived fairly late because of road construction and an accident blocking the Alaska Hwy but the... More

This property was an expensive dump as few years ago. If the restaurant is anything to go by, it is much improved. I would give it another try next year. We stayed in Muncho Lake but will go next year.

We were travelling through to visit the amazing hot springs right across the road. We were enjoying them so much we stayed longer than we planned on so booked a room at this place and spent the night. Unfortunately we did not get cell service so could not check the other reviews first or we may have drove late into... More

We stayed in the RV park so didn't have to worry about the lodge itself. The WiFi was horrible but the staff was great... the food ( fries which we bought to not just hog the WiFi ) were disgusting. The closeness of the hot springs made it worthwhile though.
