It was clean. The internet was kind of confusing to get started up because you have to go downstairs to get a code. It would be better if they gave that to you right at the beginning. The shower left something to be desired but everything else was exactly what I thought it would be. more

Well, this place certainly isn't what i'd call a dump, but, they certainly are ambitious about the price. The Holiday Inn on 67th is WAY better value. This hotel is getting threadbare. The staff are nice enough, but it's obvious this place DESPERATLY needs a refit. Paint peeling, cheezy 80s worn out furniture, old wallpaper, bathrooms, carpet etc etc. Ancient... more

I read the reviews before we went and made sure we were booked into the new part of the hotel. Since a block of rooms had been booked by our club I wanted to make sure that we got into the new part of the hotel. upon phoning to ensure we were , I then asked for a fridge because... more

Nice new front, the back has broken windows in stairwells, used condoms in stairwells, noisy party next room, called front desk at midnight asking for help to get them to quiet down...no help. Ignored phone calls. If you are looking for the perfect crack/druggie hotel...look no further. If you are a family expecting anything remotely safe, clean or quiet...do NOT... more

As i sit at this dusty IBM computer and type my review on this sticky keyboard I reflect on the last two days at this grimy hotel, and im sad to say that this Hotel was a fairly big dissapointment. The beds were lumpy, the rooms were small and cramped, the place is old, the walls are very thin and... more

For $90 a night in Red Deer, stay somewhere else. The carpets in the rooms are disgusting - dirty, dirty dirty - you have to keep your shoes on because you know that the oilfield workers and others before you tracked in some nasty dirt. In our first room, the toilet did not flush, there was a hair on the... more

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy. When the lights are out, one can imagine being in a Hilton Hotel with the satisfaction of paying Travelodge prices. I love the HBC and Guest awards points. Great hotel and will always stay there when we visit the grandkids in Red Deer. more

The Red Deer Travelodge was terribly rundown. There was construction being done on the exterior of the property, but the rooms desperately need renovating. The laminate in the bathroom is separating from the counter top and the bathroom is showing heavy wear. Obviously no money has been put into maintaining the quality of the rooms. Paper thin walls allowed me... more
