Every year we travel to the mountains for skiing. This is always our first night stop on our journey. The hotel has easy access to the main highway. Rooms are always clean, however hotel could use some upgrades. Breakfast is included which makes it more efficient to get on the road the next day.

This Best Western is a good place to stay for a family, it is reasonable priced, not to far away from shopping and it has a couple of decent dining places close. The internet is quite slow if you require it for business.

I booked a basic room. The room is very cozy. All the basic needs of a traveler met in a compact space. Two chairs, table, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, closet, desk, queenish bed, dresser flat screen, two end tables. Some floor space. The bath is divided between tub\toilet room and wash area. The decode is dated but well kept. Brandy... More

Hotel staff was very friendly, pool area was nice and clean, rooms were clean and the hotel was nice and quite. Only problem was the ceiling in our room was cracked and sagging and the handle to the bathroom door was very loose, room needs tobe updated and fixed and that room was 143. We will stay there again!!

My wife and I have a Platinum Best Western card and the staff automatically gave us an upgrade to a suite. This is one of the perks (if available) for Platinum cards; however, not many Best Western hotels use it. Congratulations we will stay again on our travels south.

Desk staff was very helpful on arrival. We upgraded to the whirlpool suite. Great way to relax after driving. The restaurant the desk staff recommended was excellent. We like the room with both inside and outside access. We have stayed here before and have never had a bad experience. The hotel is a removed from the main highway. It is... More

I use this hotel while in Medicine Hat for Christmas every other year. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's very clean and I have never had a problem. The fitness centre, pool and hot tub are excellent. Also very quite and lots of adequate parking. This hotels serves my needs perfectly. Easy access just off of Highway 1.

This is our first stay at the Best Western. We stayed there as a group who were involved in a team event for the weekend. The accommodations were large with a jetted tub in the middle of the room, two queen beds, a desk and basic kitchen facilities. We could park right outside our door so we did not have... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times during the past few years and have never encountered a problem. The location is just off the main highway which makes it easy to access and to other close communities as well as to get around in Medicine Hat. As a Diamond member I have always been upgraded and the rooms are... More
