We checked in at 3pm and our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait an hour for the room to be ready. The bathroom was disgusting and set the tone for the cleanliness of the room. We never did get very comfortable. The front desk staff were nice, but they didn't tell us about the continental breakfast. more

very cordial staff, allowed check in before 11:00 a.m., continental breakfast, relaxing hot tub, walking access to dining. clean room. worth every penny. more
