Things I liked: 1.) Great place to bring a family (especially the Water Park) 2.) Room was very quiet and clean 3.) Free breakfast was above average Disappointments: 1.) Water Park was not as big as I thought it would be 2.) Jacuzzi was broken and off limits during my stay 3.) This place is a bit pricey, you will... more

Good family hotel. The pool was fun and the continental breakfast was great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves, coffeepots all of which is great! However did not find either the pool or the rooms overly clean. Our toilet was really gross when you looked at it and the pool seems like it needed a... more

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. I have nothing to complain about. The staff have always been helpful, and the rooms have always been clean. Of course, by itself that's not good enough for *my* five-star rating. What clinches the deal is the waterpark. I travel on business, and so I don't stay into the weekend,... more

I had stayed here once before and it seemed OK. I arrived this second time and had work to do, so quickly went in and set up my laptop. I noticed the desk was sticky so went to the bathroom to find something to wipe it with and there was only 1 face cloth. When it was time for bed... more

For $95 a night (Amex Travel) -- you really can't lose. Spacious and clean room. Only beef was that my first day when I came home from work at 4pm my room had not been cleaned. Each subsequent day there were no problems. There is a complimentary continental breakfast but the food is nothing to write home about so its... more

This hotel is showing some age. Nothing was glaringly wrong, but I came away with a long list of minor annoyances knowing that I wouldn't stay here again. Booked into a two bedroom suite and was placed on the second floor with a view of air-conditioning vents. Seeing something other than the roof of the lobby would have been nice... more

The title says it all. This place smelled like urine. In the hallways, in the rooms and in the lobby. Public areas were not kept up well. The amount of crumbs on the floor in the hallways and the lobby was astounding. If you have kids, you might not notice the smell or the mess, but I was staying on... more

We were delighted to happen across this hotel for a one night stay. We opted for a room overlooking the hotel's waterpark at the request of our daughter. I was worried about noise and chlorine smell, but neither was ever realized. The waterpark was a wonderful asset after a long day in the car. The hotel was clean and included... more
