We attended a wedding last August 1, 2009 in Lethbridge and stayed at this hotel for one night, I was impressed it's clean and the staff are excellent and also Denny's restaurant by the hotel at the lobby excellent food and the staff. The housekeeping staff are so nice keep up the goodwork!!! more

We stayed at the Sandman Lethbridge on July 30, 2009 on our way to Montana. We arrived after 10 and were greeted by very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I was in Lethbridge on my way home .I had a terrible night. The beds were very uncomfortable. we asked to chnage the room but they said it was too late. we did order for room service from Dennys,which was quite good. I would never recommend any one to stay in this hotel.The staff was not trained in customer service. more

Stayed here in July for a ball tournament with my son. Disappointing, our room and the whole floor had a terrible odour. The rooms were dated and dirty. Would not stay here again. Everyone on our team was disappointed with the hotel choice. more
