My husband and I got married this summer. My mother organized our wedding since we live in Toronto. She personally went to the Lethbridge Lodge to reserve a room for our wedding night. She did a tour of the hotel and settled on the junior presidential suite. She gave them her credit card information and was guaranteed the room was... more

This hotel reminds me of an 80's style hotel that now cries for a renovation. Amenities are fine, staff is pleasent, and location is great. The hotel suites just need to be modernized. I am sure it will happen within a year or two, or sooner depending on the local lodging competition. more

Stayed at the Lethbridge Lode for one night as part of a tour of Canada and America. This was the worst hotel of the tour - rooms very basic but reasonably clean. The problems were mostly with the noisy groups in the hotel. Whilst we were staying there was a wedding reception, childrens party and other functions. Additional security had... more

We were charged $300 plus for a court yard suite and it was terrible. We were to get a non smoking room but the room smelt, there were burn holes in the carpet and furniture, not enough towels in the room for all the guests nor was there enough coffee or cups, they would have not won any prize for... more

Stayed here because our team had booked this hotel. Check-in entailed dealing with unfriendly staff and having to sign a form that informed of the hotel's zero tolerance policy for sports teams and their shenanigans. Unfortunately for us, they did not apply that policy to their other guests. Our girls had a curfew of 10:00pm, but little good that did.... more

I haven't stayed at the Lodge for the past year, simply because I think there are better hotels somewhere in Lethbridge Location is nothing special, other than proximity to downtown Lethbridge. It's on a part of Scenic Drive that isn't very scenic. Parking is free but it can be difficult to find a spot close to the doors. It is... more

Booked thru Otel.com so had to prepay for full weekend. We were travelling with a team and Lethbridge was full to the brim, as was the hotel. In the preceding week, we were notified that the hotel was overbooked so I called to confirm my room and was told it was not the double-double I had been told to expect,... more

So overpriced for a smelly, noisy and cramped room. For 100 dollars more, got a bigger room with a jacuzzi tub that held one comfortably and a shower that put out either freezing cold water or scalding hot water, and a fridge that froze everything. Sound tempting? If you have 600 dollars to blow you could have a weekend like... more

I am normally a big Tripadvisor user and would check a place first here. In this case, the Lodge was suggested by the organization I was visiting, where they had a special rate, and the website looked really good, so I did not see some of the problems noted on Tripadvisor. I got there early and they let me check... more

My husband and I stayed at the Lodge November 3rd for one night. We were booked in for two, but decided to get the heck out of there as quick as we could. Believe it or not, there is still no way to get into your room except to flag down a hotel employee to let you in! They don't... more
