What a beautiful retreat. I spent NYE there and was looking for some solitude. The suite was quiet, spotless and comfortable with lovely little touches. Jennifer was incredible quick to respond to my questions and very accommodating when weather meant I arrived later than planned. She was friendly without being invasive. I loved Juniper House and look forward to going... More

I've stayed in other places in Jasper, but this was my fist time in Juniper and by far the best. The room was clean, spotless. Everything in excellent condition. The bathroom was so clean like it was just renovated. Definitely I will stay there again in my next visit to Jasper. Thank you Jenifer for everything.

We stayed at Juniper house when the weather on some days was wet and grey and it was nice to have the spacious and comfortable apartment to retreat to. There is a large king sized bed and a good sized bed room. This is overlooked by neighbours but there are blinds which offer privacy. The bath room is also a... More

The room is nice, the bathroom was spotless. Just be aware of a few things: 1) You have to take off your shoes. I can see taking off my shoes if it was a white rug or something, but it was a cold hard floor. Jenn does provide slippers. 2) The room is in the basement. It has a window,... More

1.Yes, we ask guests to remove outdoor footwear at the entrance to our home (as we do). This helps to maintain the standard of cleanliness that this guest noted was 'spotless' and that other reviewers have commented on. With regard to the 'cold, hard floor', the floors in our guest suites are tiled and guests are able to control the... More

We recently stayed in the Queen Suite for 3 nights. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Jennifer is a wonderful host and a valuable source of information about the local area. This room is excellent value for money. Be aware that breakfast is not available but it is only a 5 minute walk to town where there are many... More

I stayed in the King Suite in Juniper House for five days in July. From the moment I arrived, after a four day train journey, and was met at the gate by Brent & Jennifer, it was the perfect home away from home. It was a 5 - 7 minute walk from the train station, grocery store, convenience store, bank,... More

We were incredibly lucky to get accommodation at Juniper House during out visit Aug 2014. After a long and tiring transit to Jasper we were greeted enthusiastically by our host Jennifer who welcomed us and gave us a brief overview of the city. The lower level king suite that we rented was perfect. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet, yet centrally located just... More

We stayed at Juniper House in July and found it to be very convenient for town, well run, with a lovely bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out in the back garden during the heat wave, and our host's excellent knowledge of the local area helped us also to pick a local lake for relaxation when the walking got too tough! I... More

We booked Juniper House last February after reading all the positive reviews. We were delighted with what we found when we got here. It completely exceeded our expectations. We found our lower level king suite just right during the heat wave that assaulted Alberta in late July and early August. We loved having a kitchenette so we could eat and... More
