I travelled during low season which is in my opinion the best time to visit Jasper. The town and hotel were quiet, service was good... the hotel restaurant however seemed to be buzzing. the food was 'ok'... service was really slow... but the hotel was comfortable, clean and the customer service was good. Jasper is a small town, everything close together. This hotel is located at one end. The room size is ok. It is nicely decorated but the bathroom looks outdated. Some of the rooms are facing inward looking at the dining area and swimming pool. In the basement, there is a pub with games. The food in the restaurant is good.... More

We stayed two nights. We received an upgrade which was good but I suspect was compensation for the small inconvenience that was caused by the major pool maintenance activities.
