It is high season in Jasper during the summer which means higher rates every where. I normally pay more but could not justify it this trip. I found this to be one of the cheaper hotels to stay at. The critical reviews of this hotel are really and truly spot on, in my experience. We were charged $270 a night for three people in a loft suite in late September, booked in advance, without breakfast.
