We stayed 2 nights in early July. I paid $225 per night for what is basically a Motel-6 with a small 1950's style kitchenette. No elevator, smelly room, and a bed as hard as a rock. Avoid! more

we just drove up and booked on the night so that may explain why our room rate was pretty good. The room was excellent - kitchen, living area and a nice double bed. The place even has a pool: no complaints at all! more

Hotel is not that bad as people described in some reviews. Clean rooms, 2 flat-screen TVs, pool, cozy garden. From negative point - rooms are whithout air conditioner (hotel calls it "green" approach or "fresh" air approach or something like that). I understand we are in Jasper, nights are cool enough, but still, I don't like to open windows in... more

It is high season in Jasper during the summer which means higher rates every where. I normally pay more but could not justify it this trip. I found this to be one of the cheaper hotels to stay at. We picked the room with a loft and it cost $161 per night. We couldn't of got a better deal. Five... more

We were 2 adult couples touring AB and BC in late September / early October. Selected this place mainly due to price and it met our basic requirements. When we stayed there it was NOT a Best Western. The suite had a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom witha queen bed, all on the main floor. There was... more

We stayed here two nights in a renovated loft suite. After reading reviews I was nervous about this place but it actually turned out to be a great value. The loft suite was spacious with two TV’s, a fireplace, mini kitchen, and balcony. It didn’t have much closet space and only one small bathroom. It was very clean along with... more

The critical reviews of this hotel are really and truly spot on, in my experience. We were charged $270 a night for three people in a loft suite in late September, booked in advance, without breakfast. I know Jasper is expensive, but this was easily the worst value we found among 11 stops on a fantastic and enjoyable Canadian holiday.... more

We have stayed in this hotel for the past 7 years and will be going again in January 2009. We book this as a ski-ing package in the UK and I feel we receive very good value for money this way as opposed to booking independently or on arrival. Admittedly Jasper is expensive by Canadian standards so hotels are likely... more

2 nights too many at this "resort" in August. Front desk staff devoid of pleasantries. Room we were allocated was next to restaurant kitchen. Complaints? We have a few ...staff sat outside our window for their "smoko", kitchen door banged constantly as they came & went, noise of dumping of garbage & bottles being emptied into skip bin throughout the... more
