Staying in Jasper at the height of tourist season you must expect to pay higher prices but our thee night stay here was way overpriced, even with our CAA card. The loft room was nice, clean and had all the simple amenities but NO air conditioning; you must open the sky light and use fans to cool the room down...... More

Best Western is located just at the edge of the main Jasper area, very convenient location from the Jasper strip with restaurants. Most Jasper attractions are short drive away. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens, the double room suite with two bathrooms, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds were excellent for our needs. There was even... More

I am normally very choosy about where I stay but a previous booking fell through and our options were limited for a high season visit that did not involve a minimum no of nights stay. We opted for a loft room at the Best Western. Pros Spacious room Fridge Comfy bed Easy to find Cons I am not American but... More

Our stay was in a suite which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the main streets and shops, is very quiet with comfortable beds and furnishings. Have stayed at the Fairmont Jasper before, and would rather stay here for comfort, pleasant staff and surroundings and price. The breakfast on this summer weekends was a $10... More

Based on reviews published before our holiday, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Best Western Jasper Inn and Suites. We had a one bedroom suite, which was located on the main floor. Easy to get to from the outside, and once the weekend was over, we had no problem parking directly outside of the door. It seemed... More

The room we stayed in had a downstairs living/kitchenette and a loft bedroom. The living room/kitchenette consisted of a couch and chair, TV on a chest, and an operational fireplace. The kitchenette had a two burner electric stove, microwave and mini-refrigerator. The loft had a queen bed and chest with a TV on it. The stairs to access the loft... More

I had to call 4 times only to be put on hold every time for at least 10min.I was driving and in the end I made the reservation at home on the computer. The woman was rude and irritated and if I wasn't desperate to find a place for that spicific date Best Western Jasper wouldn't have gotten my business.

We had a loft suite for three nights. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sunning areas after a day exploring. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Just like to let people know that this hotel charge an extra $15 for not washing the dishes if you stay in a room with a kitchenette. We were not made aware of this when we checked in and later noticed a suspicious charge from the hotel on our credit card. When we called the hotel, the front desk staff... More

Dear Chinlin2013 We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that when you called to ask what the charge was, the amount you mentioned was $12.10. The dish charge is $15.75 but it was calculated into $US so they were unsure what it was for. To clarify, we do not apply a dish charge for the standard... More

We stayed at The Best Western Jasper Inn for three nights a week ago, and were quite pleased with the accommodations. We stayed in one of the Maligne Suites, on the ground floor looking out to a garden. The room was quite spacious and mostly clean. It was a little warm in the room without air conditioning, but the hotel... More
