I was generally satisfied with the quality of the room. The location is great, and the amenities in the room were nice (good TV, free wi-fi, and toiletries). Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were not unfriendly. The only complaint is that people walking past the rooms may be noisy, but that is a consequence of the... more

We stayed at the Tonquin Inn in late June and really enjoyed our stay. We had room 360 which had 4 twin beds and an incredible patio off the room. One evening we picked up a great dinner at the Patricia Street Deli and ate on the patio. The views from the hotel and partially from our room gave meaning... more

Not bad - just a tad noisy! Pleasant room, clean and tidy - functional hotel bedroom. Very noisy plumbing - moaned and ground, whistled and clanged just about all night. Have said would recomment as long as you know what to expect. more

We were driving to BC from Edmonton and decided to stop overnight in Jasper. I wasn't expecting to get such a nice room. We had a junior suite, loved the sunken living room area and fireplace. We'll definately stay there next time. more

Have stayed at a few different hotels in Jasper now and really enjoyed the Tonquin Inn. We had a dog-friendly, kitchen suite which was newly decorated (very tastefully), clean, well-equipped, awesome bed, flat screen TV, super quiet, just a short walk from downtown, easy parking. It was exactly what we were hoping for and needed - simple, clean, super comfy.... more

I agree with other guests who say the rooms were clean, the staff very efficient and friendly, and the rooms well kept. It's just that this and other townsite inns were built with thin walls. Too many times for my liking now I've been lured by winter rates only to have a bad night's sleep because of partiers. New smoking... more

Easy to find hotel. right on the main street. I was surprise to find a very clean room. You have to be creative to find a closest parking to your room. Very nice restaurant right across the registration room. I recomend this place to anyone. more

We had spectacular views of the mountain from our room. We were located across the street from a lovely walking trail that takes you to the woods on one side or into the lovely town of Jasper. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the town. The hot tub and pool were great after a day of skiing. We had... more
