This place was pretty good for the price that we paid. The location is not ideal, being a little bit out of the main part of Jasper, but everything is still walkable. We only stayed for one night on our way to Lake Louise and Banff and it was pretty good for a 1 night stay. The room was spacious... more

Big room with kitchenette and a fantastic view on the rockies. Really clean , there was a pool, tree hot tub and sauna. Don't remember her name but the house cleaner was really friendly and she was doing a excellent job i think her name is Irish, thank you very much. I will be back for sure!!! more

It was a clean, spacious hotel room, i didnt fall in love with it and it wasnt worth how much it cost but i did think it was a nice place to stay. there was free parking, the staff were relatively helpful and nice, it was only a short drive to the town and i felt safe and happy there. more

This is a pricey town. Took this motel at advice of TA, and it was OK for one night. Dark room, but it did have all we needed. Highly recommend Evil Dave's Bistro at south end of Patricia Street. Ate there two of the 4 nights we were in town. (We moved on to the Fairmont for the next three... more

The Tonquin was a favourite place to stay when I was in high school and we'd go skiing in Jasper. Thirty years later, it looks the same. Older and worn out. A water radiator or some sort of noise kept me awake most of the night. It would not stop, just a constant rattling and scratching noise, hard to ignore.... more

Stayed overnight while waiting for the VIA train to continue trip. This is a long walk from the station if you are carrying luggage. It may only be SIX blocks, but they are long blocks. Take a cab! The room on the main floor is smallish, the bathroom is tiny, with the sink being located in the room, not in... more

Booked on-line 10 days ahead but had to cancel 5 or 6 days before my trip. The charge was put through on my account. Contacted them with my confirmation number and all details and they won't honour them. I am out 200$ and will NEVER forgive them. more

Jasper hotels are pricey so you can expect normal motels also to be priced more. This one was cheaper among the lot but did a fantastic job in keeping us happy. It was all comfortable and hotel also provided us with a microwave in the room on request. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the property was also too good.... more

This is a great hotel with attentive staff, clean rooms, and quiet atmosphere. The real wood fireplaces are wonderful. Location is easily accessible from the highway and a short walk to the shopping and restaurant area. Also close to hiking trails. more
