I booked a Heritage cabin as I needed one bedroom for my 22 year old son and a twin room for myself and my 24 year old daughter. We were allocated No. 8 which was very close to the main office and I was a bit disappointed that we weren't closer to the back of the site. I shouldn't have... More

We spent two days in cabin 12 and liked it very much. My friend booked this cabin as it was the only left and it didn't disappoint. These are older cabins so you have to expect some wear and tear. With that being said it was clean the beds are the tempurpedic type and comfortable. When we checked in the... More

Think Canada and you think of cute log cabins, well at least I do! The cabin was lovely, clean and cozy, the bathroom was well stocked with towels etc., the bed for comfortable. I liked the fact that there we chairs outside of each cabin. It was a shame I only got to stay one night but if I am... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in early June in cabin number 1. It was clean with a comfy bed and kitchen facilities. Also, a couple of chairs outside. Ideally situated and just a 5 minute walk into town. It was taken over in April and there was lots of work being done in the gardens. The breakfast was lovely, too.

Ours was a small cabin with a double bed and a single bed. It would have been perfect with a room-darkening curtain liner, and a coffee maker. The beds are Lucid 10" memory foam, and especially comfortable. Wifi requires a sign-in each time you log on. The property is a short pleasant walk to what there is of a town... More

Our cottage was a studio but we had enough room. The pros were they offer a great kitchen with everything you possibly need including a refridge. Their location is fantastic and the front desk people are very sweet. The cons are the price is really not worth the value. Additionally, we were in town during a heat wave and they... More

We are enjoying this beautiful village of log cabins! The open space concept is fabulous. The fireplace is very nice, the kitchen is fully equipped (coffee and tea included). The bed is SO comfortable ...the quilt is white and it is clean, clean, clean! The soaps are sweetly scented, the owners are so bilingually kind... Laundry can by done too...... More

We loved staying at Bear Hill Lodge, it has quite recently changed hands and the new owners are upgrading. As we visited at this stage, only 4 stars but when we return I am sure that it will be a 5 star visit. We booked the disabled cabin and it is not, at this stage up to the name. My... More

We arrived at Bear Hill Lodge late evening (8pm) - a lovely receptionist checked us in, provided all the information we needed; pleasant and helpful. The cabin we had was okay, the style up lived up to what we expected i.e. cabin style accommodation with fire place, small kitchen, living room area, sleeping area - although the view of the... This was a wonderful stay in Jasper! Extremely gracious and welcoming hosts! It felt just like we were staying in a chalet in Switzerland. It was a pleasant walk downtown from Bear Hill Lodge. The breakfast was delicious and very much like something we have eaten while staying in chalets and hostels in Europe. Our room was air conditioned, which... More
