We have stayed here twice now. Once a few years ago (just me and my wife) and just this past week (wife, toddler, and me) (it was very quiet there!). It is a good deal in comparison to other places in town as far as cost goes. We got a solid deal this past week on a room that had... More

Thank you for your feed back. The used band aid in the bathtub is a definite yuk factor ! I apologize for that and am disappointed that our staff didn't respond better to this situation . All rooms are now being re-inspeced by the head house keeper before guest check ins. Our renovations are on going and do include upgrading... More

We are really easy to please, and while I sit here during my stay, I'm having a great visit because Jasper is amazing. We arrived here and found out first thing that the hot tub was out of order. No mention of this when we booked only days prior. Pretty much one of the main things we get excited about... More

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your stay was less than satisfying ! As new owners we embarked on an ambitious renovation program starting on April 1/15. Hence ,the smell of paint and dust every where, which necessitated the closure of the hot tub for longer than we had anticipated. I had no idea that the fire brick was... More

We stayed for six nights in April. We were two couples and a 14 year old. Our log cabin had two bedrooms and a pull out settee bed in the lounge which worked out fine. The cabins were lovely and cosy, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were good and we were only a 5 minute stroll away from Jasper centre.... More

My partner, parents and I stayed here for 2 nights in September, and it was a great location to have as a base in Jasper. It is within easy walking from town, was quiet, and easy to find. The cabins are really small, but have everything you need for relaxed travel, and it was great to have a little kitchen.... More

Bear Hill Lodge is a comfortable motel in a good location for the many spectacular sights around Jasper. It is a little under a kilometre walk from the centre of the main shopping area and restaurants but don't be surprised to meet elk feeding on the grass verges as you stroll back after your evening visit. The motel was clean... More

I stayed in one of the cabins this fall. I found the setup to be really nice, I enjoyed the kitchenette and the two bedrooms. The rooms were a little on the small side, but were more cozy than cramped. The location was a bit out of the downtown, but as I was there to hike I had no problem... More

Firstly whilst I have scored this 3 I would say it is more 3.5, but not quite very good. We were a little apprehensive having read some of the reviews however after overcoming our initial reaction to the decor, which is very dark and seemingly not very welcoming, we have to say our stay definitely had more positives. The location... More

We stayed 2 nights last month. Service and check in and out were friendly and quick. The breakfast is a good and very fresh choice with fresh muffins and scones. Although only continental breakfast, really good and delicious! As we had chosen for a "bed and breakfast" room in the main building, the breakfast was included in the room rate.
