This past weekend September 12,13,14,2014 we attended a wedding at Pyramid Lake Resort. In comparison to the costs of other sites in Jasper for this particular weekend we thought it was a deal. The lake is beautiful, its not too far out of town, the resort is really clean. The staff are friendly, rooms were really clean and well maintained... More

Room and location you get in return for spending nearly $270 / night is pathetic..This resort seriously needs upgarde and far from Jasper downtown...I would not recommend this resort for a pleasen stay..Being located across Pyramid lake & Patricia lake does not make it an ideal location...Its n ordinay lake...nothing when compared with Lake Louise and Moragine Lake ....Rooms were... We had breakfast at the resort. Nice surroundings, delicious food and a great server. The second time we went I had the banana french toast. Worth the time to try something different. Would go back and eat their again.

This is a medium sized, quiet and cozy location for anyone who wishes privacy and a 'stay in the woods' atmosphere. Water sport recreation, nature hiking, backwoods hiking opportunities right on Pyramid Lake make this an attractive alternate to downtown hotels and motels. Four miles above the town of Jasper, the chalet style rooms are modest but not fancy as... More

My family and I stayed three nights recently at the Pyramid Lake. Our room was available when we arrived and we drove up to the chalet. The room was tired and in need of a refurb especially the arm chair which smelt of BO. Our other concern was the noise from the upstairs plumbing. Every time someone flushed the loo... More

The only positive I have to say about this resort is that the location is amazing. Otherwise, the reception was curt, and the check in is quite late (4 pm, with checkout being 11 am). Our room was very dirty- the fireplace was covered in grime, and we were afraid to make coffee because the coffee pot was so disgusting.... More

The property sits right on the edge of Pyramid Lake -- approximately 5 miles from the center of Jasper. The setting is beautiful, and there appear to be an abundance of trails starting near the property. My wife an I had two, major grievances with this property: 1) We had a lower level room and what sounded like a herd... More

I really enjoyed my stay here mostly for the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Check in was efficient my only comment would be that they could offer to help with luggage as we had to negotiate a flight of stairs with heavy cases, not actually an issue for us but it really could be for some people. The room was... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in the Carvell Room....when we got to the resort at 7pm, was told our room wasn't ready but after about 30 mins they found us another similar room (why couldn't we have been offered this in the first place!), We knew the room would have a partial view of the beautiful lake however, it was...
