Though staying at the actual resort was a bit disappointing on account of the lack of upgrades it desperately needs as I have noticed with most mountain park lodges locations. The location is excellent and just a short jaunt into town for whatever you fancy...the resort offers equipment for adventure...boats...snowshoes...skates....and they take full advantage of the lake they are built... We stayed in Room 28 (king room) which has a beautiful view of the lake. The noise from people walking upstairs was a little loud. Would get a room upstairs next time. The resort is beautiful and very relaxing. Comfy beds and the room was nice and clean. The resort is older, as are most accommodations in Jasper. Pyramid Lake... More

Amazing spot 10km about up pyramid lake road. Great views, lots to,do,seven in January. Snowshoe, curling on the lake. Rooms were average, and run down. I was very glad we didn't get our room at full price, we got it on a groupon rate. Nice spot dire need of a facelift.

Just few minutes from Jasper, Pyramid Lake Resort is placed just by the lake and I believe pretty much all rooms are looking at it; our room did. Room was clean, cozy, with fireplace and tv. Simple but nice. People working in this resort are nice and helpful. This place is surrounded with good hiking trails and has few activities... More

Really cute hotel about 10 min drive outside of jasper . Beautiful views ,room is small but very clean.Ask for a top floor room there bigger and have a better view of the lake. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is done at 9 , I found that to early .

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, but I was very disappointed with how run down the accommodation were. The location and view was stunning and fantastic restaurant. Nice fireplace in the room. Lots of activities available. I hate complaining about places, but too much went wrong to ignore. (Room 22) -The card lock was very sticky and often didn't work... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. First night was on lower level with a couple above us. Noise traveled through the building with ease, but luckily they weren't night owls. Our first room was very hot (has in floor radiant heat), we weren't able to make much adjustment to temperature and slept with the window open all night (outside temps at... More

We stayed there this past weekend. We were really impressed with the staff. Everyone including the late night maintenance man were prompt, friendly and professional. The facilities were nice, we accessed the hot tub, lake activities (skating and sleigh ride), and the restaurant. Everything was really great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms were average in terms... More

We really enjoyed our time there. Great place to relax and wind down. The staff so friendly and wonderful. The restaurant was PHENOMINAL !!! The food was so good. I have to eat gluten free and they took such care of me. We are planning a return trip.

The rooms are large and comfy. They are great for the price, defintely worth it. What I really enjoyed was drinking my tea in the morning with that absolutely stunning view of the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There was this Australian lady (sorry I forgot her name!) whom we have a lovely conversation with.... More
