My family and I stayed three nights recently at the Pyramid Lake. Our room was available when we arrived and we drove up to the chalet. The room was tired and in need of a refurb especially the arm chair which smelt of BO. Our other concern was the noise from the upstairs plumbing. Every time someone flushed the loo... More

The only positive I have to say about this resort is that the location is amazing. Otherwise, the reception was curt, and the check in is quite late (4 pm, with checkout being 11 am). Our room was very dirty- the fireplace was covered in grime, and we were afraid to make coffee because the coffee pot was so disgusting.... More

The property sits right on the edge of Pyramid Lake -- approximately 5 miles from the center of Jasper. The setting is beautiful, and there appear to be an abundance of trails starting near the property. My wife an I had two, major grievances with this property: 1) We had a lower level room and what sounded like a herd... More

I really enjoyed my stay here mostly for the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Check in was efficient my only comment would be that they could offer to help with luggage as we had to negotiate a flight of stairs with heavy cases, not actually an issue for us but it really could be for some people. The room was... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in the Carvell Room....when we got to the resort at 7pm, was told our room wasn't ready but after about 30 mins they found us another similar room (why couldn't we have been offered this in the first place!), We knew the room would have a partial view of the beautiful lake however, it was... Seriously now. These rooms are the equivilent of a roadside motel. Small. Rustic. Not very clean. No air conditioning. Kinda gross. I am so disappointed that we paid $300 a night to stay here. The view is spectacular, for sure. The lake and view is stunning, but save your money and keep on driving!!!

This "resort" has so much potential, but, unfortunately, does not live up to expectations. The location and the views from the hotel are gorgeous and breath taking, but that's about all it has going for it. The hotel is made up of several two story buildings, with four rooms on the top floor and four on the bottom. I was... More

The lodge is picturesque and the lake is amazing but the actual rooms are old and definitely not soundproof at all. If staying here ask for an upstairs room otherwise it sounds like elephants are dancing above you all night long. You can literally hear your next door neighbours conversations and every step your upstairs neighbours take. There was a... More
