We recently were highly recommended to stay here and looking forward to our holiday. The views are fantastic and location is pristine but rooms are poorly maintained. No hot water for 2 days. Phone not working. I think they have changed hands recently so they r still trying to catch up. Hopefully all will be well. Good luck.

dreamy location, just magic, hotel definitely good value for money and a place we want to go back to as soon as we can. In a secluded corner of Jasper park it is a musr see when you are at the Canadian Rockies

Room is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Beautiful location with a lake right in front of the hotel. It is situated short drive off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed my stay there.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2011. On the shore of Pyramid Lake, with nice views of the lake from the rooms. We had the Execuive Loft, with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom and electric Fireplace. The upper floor consisted of a double bed with ensuite bathroom. Rooms very spacious and comfy.
