I booked directly from the hotel's website & received a cheaper price than some of the discount hotel websites. Booking & check-in were easy & all details correct upon arrival. The location of this hotel is about as good as it gets if you're planning on spending some time in the heart of Jasper. It's right in the middle of... More

When we were checking in to the hotel, we were told there will be a band playing in the pub that night (why couldn't they have told us when I rang to confirm the night before?) We were told that our room would not be affected by the noise and the band would cease playing at 12am. I went to... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments however in fairness, when our Night Auditor was made aware of the situation, he immediately went around and closed all the doors and windows that could have been contribuiting to the music travelling upstairs. He also instructed the band to shut down and got the noise under control as quickly... More

We stayed over a Thursday night in April, so it was pretty quiet. We had the rooftop hot tub (there are 2) to ourselves, and had no noise issues at night. The room was fine, and the front desk staff were great - they helped us call Via Rail to find out just how late the train would be, and... More

Seen this little hotel for years but stayed there for the first time last week. Charming, cozy, familiar are all adjectives i would use to describe this hidden gem. Rooms are spotless, well appointed, with breathtaking views from every angle right out of the downtown of Jasper. The big chain hotels are at the far end of town, and the... More

I stayed with a couple of friends at Whistler's Inn once again for the Jasper Pride Festival. It was nice to walk into all the pride decoration and see the staff members in their festival shirts. It made us feel nice and welcome upon arrival. It appeared as though they made a few upgrades to the rooms with new chairs... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to post another review for us. We had a great time for Pride Weekend and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces in the hotel! Thanks for pointing out our ongoing upgrade process. We changed the furniture, the artwork, the curtains, the paint, the bedding and we are just finishing up... More

We stayed here on a family holiday. The rooms have been renovated and are kept very clean. The two large outdoor hot tubs were great after a hard day skiing on the mountain. The Cons: tiny, tight parking lot out back (rented SUV was challenging to navigate) and it is quite noisy at night if your room overlooks the main... More

Loved our stay here! The staff were super helpful with information on day excursions and the best time to do it. The Inn is right in the heart of town, close to a great variety of eateries. If you do want a quiet room and happen to be there during the weekend, ask if you can have a room not... More

Loved our stay at Whistlers Inn! Great location, nice and central with most things within walking distance. The décor is quite dated but the place is so clean and tidy that it doesn't matter. The rooftop spa was fantastic, nice and relaxing with a beautiful view. The only negative would be the lack of parking. Would recommend to anyone staying... More

We stayed one night in our way through to BC and were absolutely surprised with the rooftop hot tubs that give you a starry view of the mountains. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We also went down to the pub and enjoyed a few ... great experience all around!

We stayed one night at this hotel, the room was clean and bed was very comfortable, we had supper at the restaurant (italian) in the hotel, it was delicious and a beautiful view of the mountains and everything is very close by, just a few min walk away.
