The Filia Inn is a lovely, cozy hotel located downtown Jasper. The room we stayed in was very clean, quiet and was fairly priced. The owners were friendly and knowledgable of Jasper and the surrounding areas, and gave us some great advice on what to do during our stay in Jasper. The location of the hotel is perfect as it... My husband and I headed to Jasper a few weeks ago for my friend's wedding. The wedding party room block at the Best Western nearby filled up quickly, so we decided to try this place instead. I quickly realized we made the wrong decision when we entered the room; the bedding was old and worn, the air conditioning was a... More

It is well positioned at the centre of Jasper, closed to shops, restaurants and other amenities. Rooms are average, quite large and well equipped. The rooms we have taken, street front, was quite noisy. The main weakness of this hotel is the cleaning... Simply unacceptable: the rooms were just 'ordered' for the night but nothing more. No lobby and breakfast... More

Thanks for your review! I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay more. We do work very hard to ensure that our rooms are clean and comfortable, and we often are complemented on how clean our rooms are. We do tidy up guest's rooms who are staying a second night with us in the afternoon, and I'm sorry if... More

Our hotel, Filia Inn, is very nice and cozy owned by a very knowledgeable owner, Matt. He gave us an explanation about the entire town with must see locations and good dining areas. To him I give an A+. He is amazing! Our room was very nice as well and had picturesque views of the mountains surrounding Jasper. Thank you... More

The views are really fantastic, especially from the awesome roof top patio. The staff was definitely top notch and very very helpful. The owner, Matt, had great knowledge of Jasper and surrounding area and had several great suggestions of things to do. Also, to top it all off, the prices are some of the best in town. Our room had... More

This Inn was exactly what we needed while in Jasper. Situated next to a yummy bakery that serves really good coffee. Perfect way to start early mornings before heading for our hikes. Clean & spacious rooms and friendly staff. Beautiful views from the terrace. Took our 3 year old daughter and enjoyed all that Jasper had to offer. Great location!... More

The Filia Inn has friendly, accommodating staff. They are a basic 2nd floor inn above a good restaurant. When you come in you go up the stairs and follow the directions to the computer and telephone and call the number presented on the placard. Everything looked inviting and clean, modern. The staff took our call immediately, and arrived within a... More

Thanks for your response Nichole! I have edited my original response after looking into this. I am uncertain about where that noise was coming from the night you stayed with us. We are definitely nowhere near a night club. The restaurant below us (The Olive Bistro), has a musical performer play once a month, but there was no one playing... More

We have stayed at this property several times. Rooms are modern and clean. You must book ahead as there is no front desk. The helpful staff will meet you upstairs to check you in. All the rooms are upstairs from the restaurant (very good food). There is a common balcony with a bbq for guests to use. Right next door... More

I stayed here for two nights with a friend for our stay in Jasper. Matt, who checked us in, was extremely helpful suggesting places to see and eat at. The room we had was large & comfortable for two of us. We enjoyed our breakfast on the BBQ deck with views of the mountains around us. Thankfully the room also... More
