Chateau Jasper is a nice hotel and fairly big. Reception staff was friendly. Our room was neat an spacious enough for 4. The restaurant in the hotel is ok, but nothing special. One of the downsides, is the distance the hotel is located from downtown Jasper. You need a car to get to restaurants/shops. On the other hand, many hiking... More

We drove into Jasper for a 2 day weekend trip during November and stayed over at this property. My room had double bed of queen size each hence this is hotel could be suitable for a family/group size of 4. The room was clean and tidy and had TV+ Free WiFi for multiple devices. This property is quite and is... More

My sister and I spent 2 nights here on a weekend getaway from Edmonton. The hotel is a few blocks away from the town Center and an easy stroll. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Found all the staff friendly. Room was cleaned each day we were there. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and plenty to choose from. Stayed again... More

Stayed here one night after driving up from Banff. Some previous reviews were not so great so my expectations were low. I found the twin room to be a good size, bathroom a little dated but clean throughout. The swimming pool was at a decent temperature, not too cold that my 6month old couldn't have a dip. Again everything was... More

A very good hotel just ten minutes walk into downtown with its restaurants, shops and amenities. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast good with plenty of choices, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The Chateau Jasper is walking distance from the downtown area of Jasper - 10 minutes. Stayed there with a large group and they handled the baggage and request very well. After coming off the train from Toronto, the room was like a suite - roomy and with a very nice bathroom.

The Hotel is situated on the outskirts of town, which meant a good walk to the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself provided good clean rooms, comfortable beds and a pleasant breakfast. We had one evening meal that was included, which was average.Staff were very polite and on the whole a pleasant stay.

Quite a few reviews make a point of the rather dated decor. How long are you spending in your room? There is so much to see around Jasper I barely remember the room apart from it was roomy, clean and quiet. The restaurant did very good evening meals and the breakfast buffet was filling if not original. If ever back... More

My husband and I stayed here on our Canadian Roadtrip just before we travelled to Lake Louise down the Icefield Parkway. The hotel is out of town but not too far to walk. The sunset on the mountains was gorgeous and parking is free. The hotel reception was a little busy due to a large coach party arrival but we... More
