Arrived early evening and allocated rooms. Lift out of action so had to cart own cases up some step to lift at back of hotel. Rooms spacious but had quite a musty smell about them. The armchairs would have benefited from a good clean and whilst sitting in one chair I noticed the amount of dust on the rungs of... More

A mixed bag? The room was very clean and spacious. It would sleep 4 and there is just about enough storage space. Iron and ironing board plus hair dryer and the complimentary toiletries were above the norm. Three floors and two lifts (but one currently out of action). Sleep quality was good and the room was really warm - we... More

We stayed 2 nights here as part of a tour, the room was ok, 2 doubles, bathroom small but adequate. Ground floor room which looked onto the parking lot, however we were still visited by elk each morning Breakfast was a good price but they seem to bring a bill for full buffet even if you choose the cheaper option... i spent 3 nights in Jasper, the hotel was a little dated (but not yet historic) for my liking, but clean, spacious and function-able. there was a fridge in the room. Its about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town (nice easy pace and flat), lots of places to eat in town, but some where over priced. hotel staff... More

Glad to get a hotel room because weekends are crowded in Jasper. Room temperature and hotel was hot. We could open our window which helped. Beds we had were doubles and they were okay, but queen or king is always more comfortable and the room could have fit two queens. Went down to dinner and only prime rib buffet was... More

The good: Staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to restaurants, gas stations and attractions. The bad: The indoor pool is too small and low heat. It's more for kids. The gym is above the pool and it's too small and too dark. It is not well-equipped. The room: nice size room. The... More

Recently stayed at Chateau Jasper. Rooms very large and clean with 2 washing areas (full bathroom with WC and bath/shower etc and sink with mirror outside the bathroom). Views to surrounding mountains good, set back just off the main highway but located on the ski bus route with pick-up right outside. Made good use of the small swimmng pool and... More

Been going to Jasper for ski holidays for 5 years or more, first time in this hotel- very impressed!, 10 minute walk into town, ski bus stops outside, good restaurant and plenty to choose from, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, very clean and tidy and lovely friendly helpful staff, will stay there next time for sure.

We stayed for four nights in February 2015 as part of a longer ski trip. The hotel is located at the opposite end of town from Marmot Basin - not really a problem. It is about a 15 minute walk into the main part of town - again not a problem. The room was an good size and had a... More

Upgraded to suite upon arrival, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff in restaurant with good choice on menu. Need to book in evening as priority given to group tours which was a shame particularly as hotel is a little out of town limiting alternatives. As disabled person this was not helpful. Reception staff could have been more informative about this.... More
