Warm is something I seem to be mentioning a lot lately! In winter it's important. So is a hot shower, good water pressure and a comfortable bed. Sure this place might benefit from a bit of a renovation, but bear in mind although it might not have 5 star facilities, you aren't paying 5 star prices either. It is clean.... More

We stayed at the Chateau Jasper for a ski weekend. It is out-dated, but clean and spacious. We spent time in the pool and the hot tub, both small but we enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed with a group of friends during a visit to Jasper.. We just stayed one night and the room was great for that.. If we were planning to stay longer then this might not have been a great option.. The location is pretty good.. Walking distance to almost everything in jasper town..

Room comfortable and clean with fridge, coffee percolater and kettle but no milk only powdered coffee cream. Arrived to find mine someone else's suitcase in room and had to wait a little while for it to be collected. Hotel is 10 minute walk from nearest shops and restaurant on site is not large enough as everyone had to queue ages... More

Went skiing for the weekend and stayed at Chateau Jasper and it was good. It is an older hotel, but it was very clean and the room was very large. The staff was friendly, it had free underground parking, and Wi-Fi so that was nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant, and the walk to downtown was pretty easy even... More

This would have been a 5 star Chateau in its day. Still good but not what is once was. Room has coffee making facilities but only paper cups. I hate paper cups. Also no spoons supplied. Other drinking cups are plastic not even glass. Walls had holes where pictures had been removed and not patched properly. In need of maintenance.... More

Stayed in this hotel as part of Titan tour and it is only 3 star and only just. Not what I would expect for what we had paid. Room was large but old fashioned needed refurb very old fashioned bathroom and furnishings. Booked table at restaurant for dinner because the food should need good. I ordered risotto which was bright... More

We stayed here for a night after a day of skiing at Marmot Basin. The hotel was great, the room was clean, spacious, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is not new, but it seems to be well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus as well. We would definitely stay... More

Chateau Jasper is a nice hotel and fairly big. Reception staff was friendly. Our room was neat an spacious enough for 4. The restaurant in the hotel is ok, but nothing special. One of the downsides, is the distance the hotel is located from downtown Jasper. You need a car to get to restaurants/shops. On the other hand, many hiking... More

We drove into Jasper for a 2 day weekend trip during November and stayed over at this property. My room had double bed of queen size each hence this is hotel could be suitable for a family/group size of 4. The room was clean and tidy and had TV+ Free WiFi for multiple devices. This property is quite and is... More
