Just stayed here for 2 nights, on arrival it is like going back to the 70s, it is very clean, Room was OK at first glance, however the NOISE, paper walls noisy plumbing people having a chat outside our room at 7 am. Appalling ! Worst sleep quality in Canada !

This is an average hotel masquerading as a premier hotel. This place needs some serious tender care. The staff are wonderful but they cannot make up for the buildings failure. We were in room 112, the water pipes rattle if the room above flush the toilet and next doors a/c unit was very noisy at night until they turned it... More

My best advice, avoid this hotel at all cost. Stayed for one night at the end of our Rocky Mountaineer train trip. On arrival we were "upgraded"? to an executive room. Very dated, dark and tired looking room. At night the noise from the generator/fans in the corridor made sleep impossible, it was like having machinery running in the room... More

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite (room was massive with large bathrooms etc.) but even otherwise the hotel seems nice. The setting is beautiful and quiet (about 1 mile from the station/busy street). We had a car so we found it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again. The only scope for improvement is that... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Titan holiday touring the Canadian Rockies. This hotel is very dated with 70's style decore so much so that if it was tastefully refurbished could be a funky boutique hotel but as it is looks very tired. The room was ok but the bedding was not up to standard with old... More

This was a lovely hotel but too far from the centre of town. The room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Food was excellent. Would recommend a cruise on Maligne Lake and rafting down the Athabasca River.

I was in Canada for a week holiday with my wife and friends . The overall stay at the hotel was wonderful till the time we decided to have our dinner in the restaurant. Before dinner we ordered some drinks at the bar. The bartender insisted us to close the Bill on the bar and then allowed us for the... More

We stayed here two nights and had a comfortable stay. It is a bit dark and dated and an elevator was out of order but the pool and jacuzzi were nice. We swam both nights. It is a short walk to town, about 15 mins. so it was convenient for us. Free wifi and a nice clean comfortable room. We... More

Stayed here as part of a Trafalgar tour and were slightly shocked that the level had dropped that low, dated, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Staff not that helpful or friendly. Rear lift wasn't working so we certainly got our exercise walking to the room at the far end. TV was new though. 20 minute walk to town. Good grocer a... More

This hotel reminds me more of a small town side of the highway motel then a hotel. This hotel is dated and very dark. The staff were are not very friendly and could not provide dinner suggestions for our family.
