We went to Jasper for the Jasper in January Festival. It was a lot of fun for adults and kids alike. We choose this hotel because it was the most reasonably priced hotel left. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was to hot for me personally and restaurant was only partially open food... More

We stayed here during February for 3 nights and unknown to us the town shuts down for winter and was extremely quiet, as explain to us one night by our waitress. But the hotel was clean and the rooms were massive and always kept clean. The hotel is quite dated though and in need of renovations but had a lovely... More

The guy checking us in at the front desk was not too friendly or helpful and did not seem very happy we brought our dog (even though we had signed up for a pet friendly room). However once we got to our room this experience was forgotten, very clean, very spacious, I was impressed. Bad experience upon checkout with same... More

Having not been to Canada before didn't quite know what to expect, however this hotel was very good, clean, tidy and affordable, and a short walk to the town centre. Because of the time of year we went, sadly missed out on some of the attractions, but again because of the time of year, had to go to other places... More

Booked this hotel as a secret pick on a booking site but, was glad this was the hotel I got. Location was great and quiet. We asked to upgrade our room and it was done quickly and very easily. We also always travel with our yorkie and it was great that they gave us a little treat box for him.... More

I don't usually write reviews about anything but I felt this necessary. My Husband and I stayed at this hotel and dined at the Silverwater last year so we decided to go back again for his birthday. The hotel is pretty much the same- not luxurious by any means but decent and affordable. The restaurant on the other hand is... More

We stayed for one Night. The rooms were spacious and very clean linen. Check in was a breeze. The coffee / Tea Maker was pretty good with a wide choice and Wi Fi was good. The room had a view of the mountainous. Very close to the Main Road of Jasper and plenty of restaurants close by - within walking... More

We stay here when we ski Marmot, and it's everything you need. Tea kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, clean bathroom, and a none too busy hot-tub. Haven't eaten at the restaurant, but because of the great price and clean, quiet rooms, this is our go-to Jasper hotel. Located convenient little walk from restaurants if you decide to eat out. We've... More

We stayed 1 night. The restaurant was terrible. It was buffet only with the cheese dried out & sweating. 1/2 the food was empty & not being replaced. Kids eat free with no kid friendly food. The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was too cold to swim in.
