We are a family of 4 with two teenage children. The room was warm, clean and had plenty of room for all the family. The staff were helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. The facilities were clean and we are looking to stay at this hotel again in the fall. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Not in heart of Jasper, but close enough to walk, this hotel was pretty average. I have stayed here before and thought it was a good value, and I had that confirmed this trip. more

We found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. My wife broke her ankle while we were in Jasper and the staff immediately {without us asking} moved us to the main floor. We were very impressed by their quick and decisive action. more

I stayed here for 4 days while I was travelling in the Rockies. The room price was the best I could find in Jasper and I was happy with what I got for the price. In layout and style of the rooms it seems more like a motel than a hotel but it was clean and the staff were always... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room far exceeded our expectations and the friendly, helpful staff were very professional in responding to our requests. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was functional and clean and there was an adequate supply of firewood for the fireplace. One of the better properties we have stayed at in Jasper. We will definitely... more

Overall is excellent and we are so happy to choose this hotel other than the other one in the centre of the town. Kitchen towel is the only piece we like to have for our next stay. more

Overall, a pretty good place to stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Room overlooking the indoor pool. Noisy during the day but quieted down after the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. The room was larger than average for Jasper. The beds were great, big pillow-top mattresses. Room was pretty clean, only a few stains on the carpet and some M&Ms... more

Bathrooms were run down, dishwasher didn't work because they looked like they were from the 70's along with the oven. The dry sauna is a waste of time and money if you are wanting to get a room with one in it. The kitchen cabinets looked like they were purchased from an old hotel that was being torn down, the... more

Decided on this hotel as a friend recommended it. Stayed 3 days. Kind of expensive but worth it just for the bed alone. I've never had a more comfortable sleep! Check in went smoothly and quickly with a very friendly and helpful staff. They recommended their bed and breakfast package which we took as it was just slightly more than... more

I had a wicked trip in Jasper, I stayed at the Maligne Lodge for 2 nights with my boyfriend and everything was just perfect. Very friendly staff, we had the chance to meet the executive housekeeper, Daniel Paquet, who made sure that would have an awesome stay. We had a king size bed in a first floor room - thing... more
