The hotel should have closed down because it was going through a renovation - so the reception was dusty - no carpet. The area where the computer was (dusty). Rooms were clean though - but small. There are 2 double beds (comfy) - small bathroom. Fridge was useful. There is a coffee making in room but no electric kettle (for... More

Unfortunately when we stayed here (end of September/early October) the hotel seemed to be going through some renovations so we didn't get a great first impression! However the room was really nice, modern and clean, although quite small. The bathrooms were ok but could do with a facelift. There was free parking and WiFi though which was an added bonus.... More

The hotel is tired, but our room was clean and tidy when we arrived, on the second day we arrived back at 4.00 pm just as the maids were starting the room which they completed in 4 minutes - the bed wasn't made properly or the rubbish emptied - in fact on re entering the room I'm not sure what... The room was generous with very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and tidy. My son had a great time in the indoor pool. Hot tub only holds 6, but is relaxing and a great spot to meet people from all over the world. The staff were friendly and helpful making our stay in this beautiful town and surrounds wonderful.

Jasper is wonderful town and the natural beauty in the area is phenomenal. The town is definitely more rustic when compared to Banff or Lake Louise and the accommodations are generally simpler. But there isn't a ton of accommodation in the area and good places book fast. The Maligne Lodge is one of the nicer properties (The Fairmont is one... More

Had a wonderful time with our family at this hotel. Had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool which was excellent but found out you had to go outside in order to access the pool. Next time would book a room on the main floor overlooking the pool. The water should be a bit warmer to make it... More

Stayed for one night. It was a decent rate for a room with a king size bed. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. There was lots of hot water, the mini fridge worked, the tv worked. The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast was $12 per person and there was a decent amount of selection... More

The bed was a cross between a sink hole and a trampoline and slanted so badly to one side that it was hard to stay on the other side of the bed without rolling. And the room just didn't feel very clean. But it was cheap and it was the last hotel available in Jasper for the Saturday we stayed...... More

I stayed at Maligne Lodge whilst exploring the amazing national park and Icefields Parkway. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from the central part of Jasper, where the shops, bars and restaurants are located. I found the location perfect as it offers the quiet experience of being slightly out of town with the convenience of being a short... More

We were worried from the look of the outside but were presently surprised with the level of facilities inside our suite. It was clean, cosy and had great linen. As its at the end of town I'd recommend it to those wanting to be slightly away from the action.
