We just spent 3 nights at Alpine Village. Everything was really nice right from the check in. Terry-Lynn checked us in and was super friendly. She was most helpful in setting up a rafting tour for us. They even picked us up in front of the lodge. We had cabin "L". It was perfect. We had the Deluxe Bedroom Suite.... More

Having no basis for comparison with other lodgings in Jasper, I would have to rate the Alpine Village Heritage Sleeping Cabin as pleasant but cramped. Other cabin types may be roomier, but this one is considerably smaller than it appeared in the pictures. There is no separate dresser; only a small desk with three small drawers. The bed and two... These sturdy log cabins sit just across the road from the Athabasca River. Chairs lining the shore create a beautiful spot for guests to enjoy the tranquility. These are definitely "cabins", not to be confused with hotel-type accommodations. However, they are clean, modern and adequately stocked. We stayed in an Executive cabin, #36, and enjoyed the granite countertops in kitchen... More

The good: Some chairs by the river available with a nice view. Natalie (owners' daughter who helps out at the lodge during the summer) is very friendly and has some good hiking tips. The "village" looks cute from the outside. Kitchenette available. You can borrow bear spray to go on hikes as in most other hotels/lodges. The disappointment: Bathrooms are... More

Lovely cabins in a park like setting . Very clean and cozy . Excellent staff ! Lovely to sit at the edge of the Athabaska river with a glass of wine after hiking all day . Great place but make reservations early as its a favorite and you will see why.

I now understand why we had to book our cabin four months in advance. Our three night stay here was perfect. Quiet and secluded with perfect accommodations for two. We were in the duplex with a king size bed. I was worried about having neighbors in the other unit but other than the normal noises, such as a water running,... More

We recently stayed as a group of four (two couples) in the deluxe family cabin. Almost everything about Alpine Village was just perfect. Our lodge was beautiful inside and out. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in providing information about restaurants, weather, and local wildlife. The location was perfect for exploring Jasper park and just close enough to Jasper... More

We stayed at this place in June for four nights to have enough time to sightsee Jasper park. We had the executive cabin which is a new, large one bedroom cabin with a wonderfully newly decorated bath. The cabin had a fire place that added to the romantic atmosphere, a small kitchenette with a sink and a small fridge and... More

The Alpine cottages are such a treat. They are NOT your typical motel room with "fairly clean, well-aged" rooms. First they look rustic but they are fully and beautifully remodeled with new carpets, modern bathroom tile and fixtures. The kitchens are superbly clean too. The entire cabins are so wonderful I'm at a loss for words. The beds and all... More

We stayed at the Alpine Village in Jasper 3 nights while doing a self drive of The Rockies. The cabins were so very cute and large enough for 2 couples. There was actually another bed in the loft which we did not use. There was a verandah at the back of the cabin and a small BBQ as well. The... More
