We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a package tour. It is a bit far from Jasper centre but a pleasant enough walk to the town. We were in a room adjacent to the hotel. It was basic but clean and the staff were attentive, calling round to check that everything was ok. We had two breakfast there,... More

Stayed here one night on the Rocky Mountaineer tour. Upgraded to a Room with a King size bed. Room clean, great size shower, good front desk which handled a good sized part very quickly. The reason I did not give an excellent was the air conditioning, tried to adjust temperature but failed otherwise very good would recommend. We had a... More

It is remarkable, how all these hotels look the same, oh that's right, they are all owned by the same company. Not bad, just not great either. My room had a very large in room air conditioner, and the timer went off at 3am, lovely. The pool area was nice and the front desk staff were nice, especially when the... More

marmot lodge is the last hotel on leaving jasper. First.night accommodation was very poor and basic. We spoke to staff on reception who agreed to move us the following day. The next room was lovely and had been refurbished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar area were very pleasant and ideal if you have been... More

The hotel is located a little way out of Jasper centre which might cause some concern for people with mobility problems, but otherwise it is a good place to stay. The rooms are large enough and well-equipped to provide a comfortable stay. As is common throughout Canada the hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely choose to... More

We had 2 nights here as part of our Rockies tour. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We had a lovely disabled friendly room with a great accessible shower. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the centre of town. The restaurant was very good. The best thing about it all in my opinion was the... More

Was a bit worried booking this one after some of the reviews I had read and seemed like it would be best of worst but hotel was GREAT. We got moved to newly renovated rooms at back of property upon check in which were nice and close to spa/indoor pool. Room was nice and clean and warm. Front staff were... More

We spent two nights out of a three day stay in one of the kitchenette suites. Although the front staff attempted to accommodate us, there simply was not a room available for the third nights so we stayed elsewhere. The room was well equipped and very clean.

The rooms were well equipped with microwave etc. Loved the bathroom, it was definitely updated and they have done a fantastic job. The room was spacious and clean with a very modern vibe. Very very comfortable and would definitely choose this hotel again.

We spent one night, only bad thing was the heat in the room did not work, made for more of a cozy sleep, the hot tub was great and very relaxing, would of liked it if all of the jets worked. Room was small but great as it was last minute planning to stay.
