We had what appeared to be a recently refurbished suite. A king bed, kitchen with full size cooker and microwave, a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower and a separate super king bedroom. Parking was right outside the room. We used the pool and hot tub - both clean and quiet. The hotel is right on outer edge of Jasper... More

The room was dated but very big and spacious. It was divided into 3 - living room with a sofa bed and 4 person dining; kitchen - the fridge is kind of noisy though because its older and the bedroom. No airconditioning but they provided 2 fans which we didnt even use as the night temp was ok for us.... More

We stayed here as part of the Rocky Mountaineer tour package and were very happy with the Marmot Lodge. Rooms were large and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the HVAC was pretty quiet. Coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge are included as is high speed internet. I would definitely stay here again. There is also a 1st... More

Lovely big clean rooms, lovely bathroom. I do wish they gave a mug to make tea/coffee I'm tired of paper cups. Also as usual no milk, but this is normal for Canada. Have bought own mug now. This is a great place to stay, even with the 20 min walk into town.

Stayed in this property as part of the Rocky Mountainner tour. Unfortunately, we arrived late in the evening and needed to leave early the next morning. Our room was very quaint; gave you the feeling of being out west. It had the basic amenities, but was very clean. It does not have air conditioning, but most of the hotels in... More

Pleasant hotel, good wifi/tv/bathroom. Air conditioning (if turned on) was very noisy in our room. Also our room faced the road which was also parallel to the railway & so there was some background noise. 5-10min walk to town; but there was a good restaurant/bar on site. On a side note: One of our tour group happened to see a... More

At the end of the strip, so nice and quiet and a perfect spot for the Dark Night star gazing. It is an easy stroll into town or there is a restaurant on site. A very comfortable bed was a nice surprise. The room itself is a little dated but there is plenty of space. More like an upmarket motel... More

We booked this hotel late and were only able to secure a standard room that was not renovated. I was willing to pay for an upgrade and was told to phone back periodically to see if there were any cancellations so we could change to a renovated room. ** Note to management - there should be a waiting list so... a spacious hotel room which comes with a kitchenette. a little dated but clean and comfortable. it is not a hotel but more like a really nice Inn. we have to carry our bags up to 2nd floor. the air conditioning was fairly blowy. not a lot of noise and we still slept right through. we were given 2 double... Had a one night stay as part of our three week honeymoon. Loved the cosy feel of the place and the staff left us some complimentary chocolates and cava to celebrate the honeymoon- thank you! Loved using the pool in the morning and then straight into the outdoor hot tub, just what the doctor ordered in the middle of an action... More
