Lobstick Lodge is in a quiet location about ten minutes walk from the centre of Jasper on a quiet road. Our room was actually a suite with bed room and sitting room with phone and television in each. There was a coffee machine with plenty of provisions and free wifi. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast continental... More

Nothing missing: average size room, clean bathroom, big swimming pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, free WIFI and in-room television. Good breakfast buffet, but high prices for in-hotel dining. A bit far from the town center (15 min on foot), where the most dining options are. Free Parking available. Anyway it is not a typical Canadian lodge, and looks more like... More

We chose the location because we were looking for a place with a pool for the kids to unwind. The pool was very chilly but the multiple hot tubs, most of which are outside under the stars, made up for it. The other traveller reviews about the basement rooms were accurate with the musty smell but we opened the window... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group from England. The check in was very quick as our tour guide was given all of our room keys on arrival and all he had to do was hand them out to us. Our luggage was delivered up to our room with 15 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean but... More

Was lucky enough to stay in room 214. It has a separate lounge and sleeping area. Loads of space and but quite dingy. The spa shower didn't work even though we spoke to the reception on 2 occasions. Our group meal was very good

Right from check-in I was disappointed with Lobstick Lodge. Having never visited the area & travelling with my daughter, we struggled with our luggage up stairs while staff looked on & did not offer to help. Reception staff were rude, abrupt & unfriendly. The rooms, while spacious, are dated, too warm & uninviting.

My hotel requirements, a comfortable bed, nice pillows, clean, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi for a reasonable price were all met by the Lobstick. Jasper is not a big town - narrow but long and it is one end -oh well, the walks are beautiful, the street are clean and the view gorgeous! What else do you need? I stayed two... More

We stayed in room 107 which was quite a large room with a settee, dining table, kitchen area with cooker and fridge/freezer. We did find that we had to wash some of the cups and plates before we used them. There was no safe in this room. The walk into town took about 15 minutes. We didn't eat in the... More
