We were on our honeymoon and not only did they upgrade us for free, but we were also treated to some honeymoon 'goodies' in our room. The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond to live up to their mission statement. Huge fan of the Fairmont. More

JPL is a favorite destination for-sure. We go once every winter and summer. Love the lodge and the atmosphere. lots of areas for walking and or skating. Outdoor warm pool is just whats needed after a long day. Spa and meals are very good. Cabins are our favorites and staff is so attentive. More

Our family stayed at Jasper Park Lodge August 2011. Jasper is absolutely beautiful! This resort is placed directly in the middle of unspoiled beauty! Lovely hotel with nice comfortable cabins and the spa/heated pool here is to die for, absolutely lovely. My daughter and I enjoyed a Holiday Winter Wonderland Tour though the Canadian Rockies with Collette Tours and thoroughly loved the Fairmont Hotels in Jasper, Lake louise and Banff. We ended up staying here in August 2011 after driving and previewing 4 other places. It is the most expensive place to stay in Jasper, but the amenities make it worth every penny! Our family of 5 (my 3 teenage kids, 13, 16, 17 and dog too!) had a wonderful 2 night, 3 day stay for Christmas Eve and Day! Exceptional food, activities (movies, skating, smores and campfires) and friendly staff everywhere! Awesome! I liked having my own decorated tree in the room! We are doing it every year from now on!
