It's one of the nicest campground we staid at. We wanted to stay at least 2-3 nights but they were so unfriendly that we only staid for 1 night. I know they don't need to be friendly cause people come anyways, but it would be nice for this expensive campground.

We spent 4 weeks travelling BC in an RV. We stayed most of the time in various Provincial Park campsites, which are remarkably well done. So that might explain why in general we found the national park versions wanting. We only stayed one night, but our site looked directly onto our neighbours. The parks lack the ambiance of their provincial... More

Stayed in one if the newer tent cabins for 4 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Was given the run down if the ruled upon check in - when they say food, they also mean alcohol which we didn't know until day 3. Only down side is the cold. Even with the heater going and numerous blankets, it got very... More

They have multiple little playgrounds, an amphitheater, and nice bathrooms with showers (with warm water) to freshen up. There a some kitchen lean-tos for when the weather isn’t cooperating and a large firepit for wood. Just remember to bring an ax! It’s just outside of town which was a great convenience. We even saw a few large deer meandering on... More

This is a spacious campground, giving lots of extra room per campsite so you're not stacked on top of each other.. It was nice to have a firepit with free firewood, although you do have to pay for a fire permit. This permit was about $9 a day, and that's well below what it costs to buy enough pre-bagged firewood... More

This is a big camp ground but the loops are individual enough that you never really feel it. The pitches vary in size but the guys at the park entrance know their stuff so its not a problem. A nice relaxed visit which really made the Rockies trip.

We stayed here only one night and that was enough. The worst part about the campground is the limited amount of bathrooms. There is one, 2 stall bathroom per loop and most of the bathrooms had at least one stall out of order. It was a hassle to walk so far to go to the bathroom. The campground was loud,... More

We stayed in a 35, RV in August 2014. The park is huge, which for some counts against it, but we have young kids and wanted somewhere with full hook up and pull through. Considering the camp is so huge, each plot is a good size and you're not on top of your neighbours at all. The surroundings are really... More

We had the pleasure of staying there for three nights and really loved it. There are differences though and some loops are not as nice as the one we were in. We booked a site in loop 9 and almost all sites were really nice and spacious. We are tent campers, so we like our privacy, trees and some separation... More

We stayed for 4 nights in an oTentik and had a great time. The oTentik has an electric lamp as well as heating. The toilettes are near by (the showers unfortunately not) and we had a herd of elks right next to our tent for 3 days. Jasper is near by. You can drive easily to all the interesting hikes... More
