I stayed at the Whistlers campground (14G) for 3 nights with my 3 young children and was unfortunately not impressed. The first night we were bothered by loud music that continued well into the early morning hours and unfortunately it seems difficult for Parks Canada to enforce the quiet hours and have people respect those hours. If people choose to party with... I stayed in an Otentik for 3 nights. I must admit we were a little freaked out when we arrived to check in and there was a bear warning for the campground and a bear trap set up near the entrance. We didn't see any wildlife in the campground and had a great stay. The only thing that would have... More

I really enjoyed staying in this place. We had originally booked a site in loop 29 but those didn't have a fire pit so we asked to change to a site that had a fire pit instead and the staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. It was a Saturday night and Whistler Campground was full so we were moved... More

Stopped for 1 night during our road trip. Tried to book for another night but it was booked solid supposedly it was as well the night we were there. However in our loop there was 3 empty sites. Too bad people don't have/use common courtesy and cancel things they are not using. Site was ok - plenty of room for... More

We are from Ontario and stay in provincial parks often. There we typically get electrical and that's all that is offered. At this site, we got electrical, water and sewer! And in a pull through site to boot. Checking in was really slow and long lines after 4 pm. Don't worry they have a toilet to use while waiting Lots... More

Hello, Thank you for writng a review for Whistlers Campground after your recent camping trip. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the facilities and the opportunity to watch wildlife up-close. It is truly a unique experience to have elk roaming in the campground. They depend on the area year round for many reasons, grazing, shelter, calving and rutting. It... More

Was worried when we turned up. Usual noness about the law and rules very clean place with 800 sites. Busy as hell but found the wash rooms and showers all very good we even had elk visit us and friendly staff the town of jasper is nuts with little services and over priced hotels. 300 bucks. Plus. So the camp... More

Hello, Thank you for offering your feed back regarding your recent camping trip in Whistlers Campground. We understand this is a large campground with just over 850 sites. There are still quiet areas to be found around the meadows and along the trail. With several trailheads and services only minites away, Whistlers is a great base for adventures of all... More

Before I started this trip, I believed that camping should be only considered as a three star hotel, but being three days into it now and staying at Whistler's I have to admit I am enjoying it. I love the fact that it has bathrooms that flush and showers. Oh that shower was nice. We were able to have a... More

We only speant one night at Whistlers, but we were pleased with the campground, its location, and the clean washrooms. We arrived during the elk calving season and got to see a number of females in the campground. We appreciated the reservation system, as it allowed us to take our time sightseeing our way to Jasper and not worry about... More

This is my 4 th time staying at this site. Easy reservations online. I love this site because it has hot showers and flush toilets. There are washroom facilities at every site loop. With hot and cold water. It's about 5 min to jasper and the tram. Book early for summer months. It fills up fast. Each site is well... More

Definitely would stay at this campground again. We saw elk, moose, and even a bear in the campground! It has a great location and view. Lots of firewood available which was great. The only downside was our campsite didn't have much privacy even though it was rated as medium for it on the website. The rules also aren't really enforced... More
