Such a lovely place to stay right in the middle of Jasper, quiet on a night time and perfect location to get to all the sights surrounding for walks etc. Jerry and Shawna are the perfect host's kind, considerate and well worth the money.

We have stayed multiple times at Jober's cottage starting in 2004! Gerry is a great host with extensive knowledge of hikes and activities in the area. We've stayed in both rooms and they are both clean with just the right amenities. We were concerned about sharing a bath, but it has never been a problem. As others have mentioned, the... More

I loved Jasper since the first moment I set my feet on it... Lovely little town with true flavour and astonishing views. Finding Gerry's house was a blessing. He was a wonderful host, helpful, concerned with our well-being, considerate and warm. He picked us up from the train station and drove us to our pick-up point in the morning when... More

How the serendipitous river runs. I found out about Jober's Cottage purely by chance when I met the proprietors whilst waiting for the Jasper bound train at Vancouver railway station on a tired Sunday night in late January. A slice of luck this turned out to be, for my comfortable stay was both great value and gilded with the kind... More

We stayed 2 nights in the room with two double beds. The room itself was nice, clean and the beds comfortable. But be aware there's no sink in the room, the only one available is in the bathroom. There's a communal area with a fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom, apart from being shared, was quite small, in fact I'd say... More

I stopped through Jasper during my trip on the Via Rail train, and chose to stay at Jober's cottage for the night. Their price was the cheapest I could find out of any bed and breakfast in Jasper. The host was very hospitable and friendly. Everything was explained very clearly, and I do recommend it to people stopping through Jasper.

This is private home accommodation in the basement of a small house, two minutes' walk from downtown Jasper. There are two bedrooms, which share a bathroom (shower only, no bath) and a kitchen. Apparently the owners of this type of accommodation are not allowed to serve food as they would need a different type of licence. However, they provide a range... More

We stayed in Jobers Cottage for 2 nights in July 2011. The place is a bit old but, basic but very clean. The bathroom is oke, but a bit small if your tall. Since the accommodations in Jasper are quite expensive we decided to book Jobers. And that’s a good choice if you don’t want to spend to much on... More

Quiet location just off the main shopping street. Clean rooms, with microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. Owners were very friendly with Jerry having a huge amount of knowledge about the area and places to visit. Very reasonably priced accomodation for Jasper. With two couples staying at the B&B it's fine but with three couples I imagine it will be a... More

This is a nice place to stay in Jasper, very close to the Main Street but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The simple furnished bedrooms are in the basement, but not dark at all. And very clean! I stayed in the Twin bedroom and had a good sleep on the comfortable matress. The shared bathroom with sink, toilet and shower... More
