We have been to Becker's four times, there is something magical about sitting, drink in hand, by the Athabasca river looking at the distant Mount Edith Cavell. The cabins are described as "Heritage", some would say dated, but the beds are really comfortable. There is no worktop at all for food prep, but not a problem for us as we... More

Stayed for one night with family. Great location, right by the river and very close to town. Staff was very friendly and accommodations are basic, small but clean. Great for a short stay. Only complaint, walls are thin here ppl, so if you plan a longer stay, upgrade(we did the $130 room) get one that doesn't have direct neighbors. Our... More

Stayed here recently on a trip with family over on a visit. Ideal location, cabins was very clean, only downside was the extremely uncomfortable sofa bed but the second night we just took the mattress off and slept on the floor. Great location, Tried out the restaurant and had a wonderful meal, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again, our... More

We got a two bedroom unit to share with friends. The facility is next to the Athabaska River. What a scenic location. Each night we were visited by a small herd of elk. The cabins are quaint. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning, but fans were provided and evenings cooled off nicely. Gave 4 stars only due to... More

what a great place , it's next to the Athabasca river & only about 3 km away from Jasper town centre. after a long day travelling from Lake Louise & making a stop along the way to see the Athabasca Glacier as well as visiting the newly opened Skywalk , it was a welcome sight to Becker's river chalets. we... wow what a great facility. We shared a fourplex (top level) excellent room, very clean, the beds were comfortable. the restaurant was amazing we had the hot buffet breakfast for 14.00. cold buffet was 11.00. Well worth the price. Fresh food, they use real eggs for their scrambled eggs, this impressed us. the coffee was really good.

We stayed 3 nights in riverside chalet #37 and it was fantastic. Cute little living room with fireplace and flatscreen tv, plus the beautiful window with views of the river. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was equipped with basics, (pots, pans, silverware, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker) allowed us to cook breakfast every morning. They also supply coffee, tea, and... More

This was our first stay at Beckers and it will not be the last. We stayed in a riverside heritage cabin no 41 for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The cabin was well equipped but the bathroom is very compact and the shower was an art form in itself. The site was mainly quiet except at the weekend... More

Just home from a mountain holiday where we spent three nights at Beckers. Very well kept and clean accommodations. Well equipped kitchens and barbecues available for small fee. On site coin operated laundry and restaurant. Only minutes from town and yet peaceful and relaxed away from the crowds. Absolutely the best feature....The beautiful Athabasca River flowing around the property. Morning... More
